    Abstract: A battery housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing. The upper housing is located above the lower housing, the upper housing includes a top portion and a second flange, a second concave structure is disposed at a joint between the second flange and the top portion, the first flange is in contact with the second flange by welding to obtain melt, and the melt is disposed in the second concave structure.

    Abstract: A relay, includes a housing and multiple contact modules. An interior of the housing has an accommodation space, and each contact module includes a terminal assembly, a movable contact plate, and a drive assembly. The terminal assembly includes two terminals spaced apart and disposed on the housing. The terminal at least partially extends into the accommodation space to form a static contact. The movable contact plate is movably disposed in the accommodation space, and is configured to contact two static contacts to conduct the two terminals. The drive assembly includes a drive shaft and a drive unit that drives the drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to the movable contact plate, and the drive unit is configured to drive the movable contact plate via the drive shaft. Multiple drive shafts corresponding to the multiple contact modules are disposed coaxially, and are relatively movable in their axial direction.

    Abstract: A method for obtaining a capacity of a power battery includes: collecting, by sensors, sample data of the power battery; dividing, by a processor, the sample data into multiple categories, each of the categories having a corresponding aging model and a feature identifier, the feature identifier identifying features of sample data of a corresponding category, and the aging model being obtained by: determining a fitting relationship in the aging model, and determining parameters in the fitting relationship according to sample data of a corresponding type of the aging model; acquiring, by the processor, battery state parameters of the power battery; selecting, by the processor, an aging model from multiple aging models according to the battery state parameters; and inputting, by the processor, the battery state parameters into the selected aging model to obtain the capacity of the power battery.
