    Abstract: An external circulation ball screw includes: a screw shaft; a nut sleeved on the screw shaft and including a through hole having an opening end; and a return member mounted on the nut, and including a return groove having a return section and a continuation section, one end of the return section connected to the through hole including a connecting end which abuts against the opening end. The opening end and the connecting end are non-tangentially connected, the return section circles around a reference point, the outer wall surface of the return section is arc-shaped and centered on the reference point, a distance between the outer wall surface and the reference point is a radius of curvature, and the radius of curvature is greater than or equal to 1.2 times the ball diameter, but is less than or equal to 1.5 times the ball diameter.

    Abstract: A method for assessing preload degradation of a ball screw is to be implemented by a computer device. The method includes: obtaining an entry of time-domain vibration data based on a vibration signal which is related to vibrations of balls of the ball screw; obtaining an entry of frequency-domain vibration derived data based on the time-domain vibration data; obtaining a vibration eigenvector based on the entry of frequency-domain vibration derived data; performing preload assessment based on the vibration eigenvector, reference vibration vectors and a preload assessment range to obtain a result of the preload assessment; and determining whether preload degradation has occurred on the ball screw based on the result of the preload assessment.

    Abstract: A gripper device includes a base and two gripping assemblies, each including a gripping member, a stand, and an elastic member. The gripping member includes a gripping portion and a supporting portion. The stand is movably disposed to the base and includes a connecter and a supporter. The supporting portion is pivotally connected to the supporter at a position between the gripping portion and the connecter so that the gripping member is pivotable relative to the stand. Two opposite ends of the elastic member are respectively connected to the supporting portion and the connecter. When one of the gripping portions touches an object, the gripping member pivots relative to the corresponding stand. Therefore, gripping a target may not be interrupted by interference objects around the target.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for detecting positions of wafers. A rotation table, on which the wafer with an aiming feature is disposed, rotates in a direction at a faster speed while a detector detects a periphery of the wafer and provides a controller with a detection result. The rotation table rotates in an opposite direction at a slower speed after the aiming feature passes the detector, while the detector detects the periphery of the wafer and provides the controller with a new detection result. A respective detection result corresponds to a rotation angle. When the aiming feature passes the detector again, the rotation table stops rotating, and the controller computes the eccentric position of the wafer and the position of the aiming feature according to the detection results and their rotation angles. Therefore, the time for detection may decrease.

    Abstract: A linear transmission device with capability of wireless power supply includes a transmission mechanism and a wireless power supply module. The transmission mechanism includes a long shaft part and a moving part. The long shaft part defines an axis. The moving part is disposed on the long shaft part in a manner that the moving part is movable along the axis. The wireless power supply module includes a magnet-providing part disposed on the long shaft part for providing a magnetic field and an induction coil disposed on the moving part. A direction of the magnetic field is parallel to the axis. A normal vector of the induction coil is parallel to the direction of the magnetic field. When the moving part is moved along the axis, a current is induced in the induction coil through variation of the magnetic field.
