Abstract: In order to provide a means to uniquely estimate the attitude in a wider range of angles to thereby realize a more accurate attitude estimate, a planar marker is provided. The planar marker includes a planar visual marker having a two-dimensional pattern code and at least two attitude inversion detection patterns Fx and Fy each consisting of a transparent cylindrical body having a pattern on the side face within the range of 180 degrees around the central axis ra and being provided so as to be orthogonal to each other on the same plane as that of planar visual marker. A marker is provided that includes at least one attitude inversion detection pattern. The attitude inversion detection pattern consists of the planar visual marker and a transparent spherical body having a pattern on a hemispherical surface and is provided on the same plane as that of the planar visual marker.

Abstract: A quantum bit device according to the present invention includes a first quantum bit substrate 10 which includes a first superconductive wiring 13 disposed to have a magnetically coupled portion with a first superconductive magnetic flux quantum bit 14 on a surface thereof, a second quantum bit substrate 11 which includes a second superconductive wiring 13 disposed to have a magnetically coupled portion with a second superconductive magnetic flux quantum bit 14 on a surface thereof, and a base substrate 12 which includes a third superconductive wiring 13 configured by two superconductive wirings extending parallel to each other on a surface thereof. The first and second quantum bit substrates are placed on the base substrate, two end portions of the first superconductive wiring and two end portions on one side of the third superconductive wiring are joined via superconductive solders 15, two end portions of the second superconductive wiring and two end portions on the other side of the third superconductive wiring are joined via superconductive solders 15, and three of the first to third superconductive wirings form one continuous superconductive loop.

Abstract: Provided is a single crystal diamond having a lowered dislocation density. The single crystal diamond (10) is provided with single crystal diamond layers (2, 3). One single crystal diamond layer (2) is formed on a diamond substrate (1) and contains point defects. The other single crystal diamond layer (3) is grown on the single crystal diamond layer (2). The single crystal diamond layers (2, 3) have a lower dislocation density than the diamond substrate.

Abstract: A reaction processor includes: a reaction processing vessel placing portion for placing a reaction processing vessel provided with a channel into which a sample is introduced; a temperature control system, which controls the temperature of the channel in order to heat the sample inside the channel; and a liquid feeding system, which controls the pressure inside the channel of the reaction processing vessel in order to move the sample inside the channel. The liquid feeding system maintains the pressure inside the channel to be higher than the atmospheric pressure in the surrounding of the reaction processing vessel, more preferably 1 atm or higher, during a reaction process of the sample.
