Abstract: A channel estimation method of a steel penetration system is configured to reduce computational complexity and required memory. The method includes: reconstructing, at a receiving end, a channel estimation with a compressed-sensing sparse reconstruction algorithm according to a received pilot signal to obtain estimation values of a channel state response of the steel penetration system; and equalizing a received signal of the receiving end according to the estimation values of the channel state response to obtain an equalized signal.

Abstract: A method for preparing an oxygen-free passivated titanium or titanium-alloy powder product by means of gas-solid fluidization is provided. The new method includes placing the metal halide and the titanium powder which meet formula requirements into a gasifier and a fluidized bed reactor respectively; heating the gasifier to gasify the metal halide, and introducing dry argon and halide gas into the fluidized bed reactor; opening the fluidized bed, heating the fluidized bed, fluidizing the titanium powder after the introduction of the argon and the metal halide gas, and cooling the product to obtain the titanium powder subjected to oxygen-free passivation using metal chloride; molding the oxygen-free passivated titanium powder into a green body with powder metallurgy technology; and sintering the green body in vacuum or argon atmosphere according to the molding technology, and after temperature rise treatment, performing a densification sintering operation to obtain a high-performance titanium product component.

Abstract: A method for developing shale gas by tapered gradient pressure drop with multi-stage fractured horizontal well is provided and the method comprises: acquiring fracturing crack form parameters of the multi-stage fractured horizontal well and reservoir characteristic parameters of nearby formation; dividing the formation near the shale gas multi-stage fractured horizontal well into strongly transformed area, weakly transformed area and matrix area; establishing pressure difference-flow models of gas-phase and water phase of the three areas respectively, and coupling the models of the three areas to establish production equation of the multi-stage fractured horizontal well; according to the production equation of the multi-stage fractured horizontal well, performing numerical simulation with different combinations of production pressure differences in the three stages of the multi-stage fractured horizontal well; and selecting a combination of production pressure differences with the greatest economic benefit as combination of production pressure differences.

Abstract: A plastic single-axis zero-expansion composite material and a preparation method thereof are provided, featuring incorporating an α-Fe second phase into a matrix of R2Fe17-type intermetallic compound, in which R refers to a rare earth element with a low atomic content of 4%. The material has simple synthesis steps and can be easily implemented, and the phase interface formed by the eutectic reaction is more stable than the composite structures obtained by the traditional solid-phase sintering, thereby realizing the regulation of the thermal expansion, and significantly improving the mechanical properties.

Abstract: A multi-system, multi-parameter, integrated, comprehensive early warning method for a coal and rock dynamic disaster includes: obtaining monitoring data of a plurality of monitoring systems for the coal rock dynamic disaster, and extracting multivariate characteristic parameters capable of reflecting precursor information of the coal and rock dynamic disaster in each monitoring system based on the monitoring data; screening out a combination of characteristic parameters with a highest early warning effectiveness in each monitoring system and an optimal critical value of each characteristic parameter based on the multivariate characteristic parameters; calculating a comprehensive early warning index and an early warning effectiveness of each monitoring system; and calculating a multi-system comprehensive early warning result of the coal and rock dynamic disaster based on the comprehensive early warning index and the early warning effectiveness of each monitoring system.

Abstract: A method for determining the temperature-induced sag variation of the main cable and the tower-top horizontal displacement of suspension bridges takes the sag variation and the span variation of each span of the main cable as the unknown quantities. By using the horizontal tension equilibrium at the tower top, the geometric relationship between the shape and the length of the main cable, and the compatibility condition to be satisfied by the sum of spans of each span of the main cable, a linear system of equations is constructed. The linear system of equations is solved to obtain the temperature-induced sag variation of the main cable and the tower-top horizontal displacement of the suspension bridge. This method can be extended to the temperature deformation analysis of the other cable systems with any number of spans such as transmission lines, ropeways, and the like.

Abstract: The technical field of metal plastic forming processes and equipment, and provides a device and method for forming shaft part by two-roller flexible skew rolling. The device comprises two skew rollers, a guiding plate, two guiding cylinders and an axial pushing device; the skew rollers can do same-direction rotation motion, radial feeding motion and tilt angle adjustment motion; the guiding plate is arranged between the two skew rollers and is used for limiting the radial movement of a blank; the two guiding cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the two skew rollers to limit swing of the blank; and the axial pushing device is arranged at one end of the blank and is used for applying axial pushing force to the blank, and the blank is rolled into a shaft part in a space defined by the skew rollers and the guiding plate. The method of the invention includes a radial compression forming process, a roller tilting forming process, a skew rolling diameter reduction forming process and a roller leveling forming process. The device and method for forming shaft part by two-roller flexible skew rolling have the advantages that forming equipment is simple, the tonnage is small, flexible production can be achieved, and core loose defects can be reduced and even avoided.

Abstract: A method of optimizing well spacing for shale gas development is provided. It belongs to the technical field of hydrocarbon reservoir exploration and development. The method comprises: firstly verifying block area based on the explored geological structure; analyzing the connection situation of a shale reservoir, identifying the minimum developing area units; calculating the recoverable reserves of the units, confirming the candidate units; drilling representative shale cores and analyzing related physical properties; calculating seepage field and pressure field using unified multi-field, multi-flow-regime, and multi-scale mathematical models; calculating the effective recoverable area of each well; and arranging wells based on the rule that the interference among wells is not larger than 10%. Considering the fluid-solid coupling effects, the method can define appropriately well spacing for shale gas exploration and enhance effectively the output of shale gas.

Abstract: A method for controlling a microstructure of a recycled aluminum alloy includes steps of: degassing and removing inclusions from the molten aluminum alloy, refining grains and controlling the deformed microstructure. Good microstructures of the deformed aluminum alloy can be obtained after degassing by gas flushing, removing the inclusions by filtering, refining the grains by adding a modifier, and extruding or rolling or forging. The present invention provides desirable results of degassing and impurity removal. Contents of hydrogen and inclusions in the refined recycled molten aluminum alloy are 0.02-0.26 ml/100 g Al and 0.4-0.7 area % metallographic field respectively.In an aluminum alloy billet, an average grain size is 25-50 μm and a short rod-shaped or elliptical second phase is 10-100 nm. In the deformed aluminum alloy, a grain aspect ratio is 10:1-100:1 and short rod-shaped or elliptical particles are 5-80 nm.
