Provided are a light-receiving element which has more capability of detecting wavelengths than that of existing silicon light-receiving elements and a unit pixel of an image sensor by using it. The light-receiving element includes: a light-receiving unit which is s floated or connected to external voltage and absorbs light; an oxide film which is formed to come in contact with a side of the light-receiving unit; a source and a drain which stand off the light-receiving unit with the oxide film in between and face each other; a channel which is formed between the source and the drain and forms an electric current between the source and the drain; and a wavelength expanding layer which is formed in at least one among the light-receiving unit, the oxide film and the channel and forms a plurality of local energy levels by using strained silicon.

In one embodiment, a method includes obtaining query for a multi-tenant database that is recommended as a candidate for creating an additional filter, evaluating the query against criteria to determine whether to select the query for creating the additional filter, and creating the additional filter for the query, if the query is selected.

Herein, the adhesive layer is formed by laminating a filling adhesive sheet including at least one opening that is open in a vertical direction in a thickness of the adhesive layer with a heat dissipation adhesive sheet filling the opening, or by laminating a heat dissipation adhesive sheet including at least one opening that is open in a vertical direction in a thickness of the adhesive layer with a filling adhesive sheet filling the opening.

An improved field effect transistor and method of fabrication are disclosed. A barrier layer stack is formed in the base and sidewalls of a gate cavity. The barrier layer stack has a first metal layer and a second metal layer. A gate electrode metal is deposited in the cavity. The barrier layer stack is thinned or removed on the sidewalls of the gate cavity, to more precisely control the voltage threshold of the field effect transistor.

A manufacturing method of an organic light emitting device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes forming a thin film structure on a first substrate, forming a dehumidification buffer layer on a second substrate, combining the first substrate and the second substrate, and heat treating the dehumidification buffer layer to soften the dehumidification buffer layer.

The master statistics file is updated based on the generated statistics for the selected table.
