Abstract: A real-time disease detection system that rapidly assesses volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This invention delivers high-sensitivity capture, classification and pattern recognition to identify unique VOC profiles derived from a bio-sample or gas emitted from a donor (palm). The detector unit can be configured to screen for one or more disease(s), e.g., infectious, autoimmune, oncolytic disease, etc. The sample may be instantly analyzed on-site or collected remotely, thus providing a practical real-time screening process for testing persons of interest, in high-volume, high-throughput, access controlled environments such as airports, convention centers, government facilities, sporting arenas, etc., or examination room, waiting room, remote laboratory, etc. The device can be programmed to screen for a specific disease or for general detection of a plurality of known diseases.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for preparing and delivering various precursor compositions as a replacement therapy for testosterone and other hormone deficiencies that naturally occur with aging in humans and other mammals. Precursor compositions are selected and designed for the purpose of formulating non-toxic therapeutic hormone supplement for oral consumption. The invention features low dose continuous supplementation to be incorporated with daily meals. The process of the present invention delivers an orally ingested substance, e.g., a food, supplement, etc., that contains an anti-aging formulation comprising a hormone precursor (prohormone) that is absorbed by the digestive system and secreted into the bloodstream with a second substance to facilitate its ingestion, absorption and delivery to the body's tissues.

Abstract: A portable display device assembly suitable for use with a separate apparatus such as a toddler walker, cart, wagon or similar apparatus and which is adjustable to suit the needs of the user. The portable display device assembly has means for holding a display device, which includes a display device support panel and a display device support rail slidingly engaged with the display device support panel such that the height of the display device support rail may be raised or lowered with respect to the display device support panel. There is also a means for pivoting the display device support panel and means for attaching the means for holding a display device to a separate apparatus.

Abstract: The present invention provides a process and method for repurposing existing compounds by leveraging genomic, phenotypic and pharmacological data to cure disease. Applying advanced mathematical analytics using massively interconnected computing capabilities to identify target rich sets of existing compounds available for animal testing at the earliest stage in the process collapses cycle time of development, dramatically reducing costs. Target rich sets obtained through this invention produce compounds or compositions which each have a demonstrated ability to modulate disease or an associated phenotypic expression. By rendering the mechanism of action irrelevant, this invention collapses the time and cost to discovery of an efficacious drug from decades to days and from $Billions to $Millions.

Abstract: Hospitals are stressful environments where injured and diseased persons receive healing or palliative care. Machine devices are used to monitor individual's health status and often deliver treatment. Treatment may be delivered with a goal of allowing the individual to live a relatively normal life outside the hospital, but treatments may be delivered with a goal of increasing an individual's comfort including reduction of hospital induced stress. Hospitals generally have specialized units, e.g., trauma, maternity, neonatal, pediatric, intensive car, surgery, medical, rehabilitation, neurologic, oncologic, etc. Many units may be sub-specialized, e.g., pediatric oncology, gynecologic surgery, orthopedic surgery, etc. Many units will have associated intensive care units where the more seriously ill individuals receive specialized care including intensive monitoring and varying degrees of pharmacologic and/or mechanical life or organ support.

Abstract: The present invention provides a device and process that rapidly assesses volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in a gaseous state by reading gas emitted through a subject's skin into the ambient surroundings. The device delivers rapid high-sensitivity capture, classification and pattern recognition to identify a unique VOC profile derived from that bio-sample. A flexible probe module can be appropriately configured with attachments to collect gases from the air surrounding any person, any area enclosed or proximal to a potential VOC source, and/or in clinical applications, near any skin surface, from zones or areas within or immediate adjacent to a body orifice such as nasal passage, otic canal, mouth, armpit, vagina, urethra, navel, anus, vagina, scalp, torso, palm, foot, etc. The device thus provides a practical screening device for clearing persons of interest, e.g., in a waiting room, planning to enter a room or building, a client seeking a personal meeting, etc., and/or providing a handyman, health care worker, or other service provider, a means of assurance when entering a place of service.

Abstract: The present invention provides a vector engineered virus designed to favor and infect cancers and their surrounding cells. This technique mitigates cancer's ability to evade the body's immune system by calling attention to the cells that are cancerous beginning with their earliest stage of development by infecting those cells with a vector engineered virus specifically designed to target tumors in formation. This invention teaches a system and method for identifying, tagging, targeting, and destroying cancer cells while preserving healthy tissue. Developing cancers have two primary traits/biomarkers in common; one being a higher than normal heat signature from elevated metabolic activity; with the second being an acidic or lower than normal pH factor resulting from the hypoxic micro environment resulting from the depletion of available oxygen. Simply stated, all or most cancers cancers have a heat signature greater than that of normal healthy cells and a pH factor lower than seen around normal healthy cells.
