An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing foldably connected with the first housing, a flexible display disposed on the first housing and the second housing, at least one sensor, a memory, and at least one processor operatively connected to the flexible display, the at least one sensor, and the memory, wherein the at least one processor is configured, when instructions stored in the memory are executed, to control the flexible display to display a first execution screen of a first application, based on an angle between the first housing and the second housing, which is identified using the at least one sensor, falling within a predetermined range, identify whether the first application supports changing of an execution screen according to a change in angle, and based on the first application supporting the changing of the execution screen according to the change in the angle, control the flexible display to display a second execution screen of the first application associated with the predetermined range instead of the first execution screen.

The electronic device includes a sidewall structure that forms a surface of the electronic device and that includes a key area formed on the surface of the electronic device. The electronic device also includes an internal frame that is formed inside the electronic device and faces an inner surface of the sidewall structure. The electronic device further includes a sensor assembly disposed between the internal frame and the sidewall structure, at least part of the sensor assembly is aligned with the key area. The sensor assembly includes a sensor that senses a force applied to the key area, based on displacement of an inner surface of the key area. The sensor assembly also includes a support member having one surface supported on the sensor and an opposite surface supported on the internal frame.

The method includes displaying at least two application execution screens on the touch sensitive display not to be superposed on one another, receiving a touch input or a hovering input through the touch sensitive display, selecting at least one application execution screen among the at least two application execution screens at least partially in response to the reception of the touch input or the hovering input, and displaying the selected application execution screen to be superposed on at least a portion of a non-selected application execution screen among the at least two application execution screens.

A method and apparatus for controlling a text input in an electronic device having a touch screen are provided. The method includes displaying at least one text inputted via a touch panel of the touch screen; when a deletion event is detected through the touch panel, deleting at least one of the displayed at least one text and storing the deleted at least one text in a memory unit; when the deletion event is removed, displaying a recovery guide on the touch screen and displaying the stored at least one text in the recovery guide; and when a selecting event is detected from the recovery guide, recovering at least one text selected from the recovery guide and displaying the selected at least one text as inputted at least one text.
