The conductive structure includes a conductive material layer including metal and a work function control layer for controlling a work function of the conductive structure by being bonded to the conductive material layer. The work function control layer includes a two-dimensional material with a defect.

Provided are a functionalized polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound and a light-emitting device including the same. The functionalized polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound is structurally stable, and exhibits high light-emission characteristics since aggregation caused by π-π stacking is inhibited, and thus may have high efficiency and long lifespan characteristics.

An electronic device includes a communication processor configured to support first network communication, second network communication, and a memory configured to store information about a first band supporting dual connectivity for the first and the second network communication among a plurality of bands that correspond to the first network communication. The communication processor may be configured to: camp on a first cell supporting the first network communication; receive information about a neighbor cell from the first cell after camping on the first cell; identify a second band supporting the dual connectivity among at least one band that corresponds to the neighbor cell based on the information about the first band and the information about the neighbor cell; search for the second band among the at least one band that corresponds to the neighbor cell; and perform cell reselection from the first cell to another cell based on the search result.

The display apparatus includes a display group including a master display module and a plurality of slave display modules coupled by a Daisy Chain method, a first sensor equipped on the master display module, a second sensor equipped on at least one from the plurality of slave display modules, and a processor included in the master display module. The processor is configured to, based on sensing data obtained from the second sensor being received by the master display module through the Daisy Chain method, provide the received sensing data and sensing data obtained through the first sensor to an external apparatus.

A hardmask composition may include a solvent and a 2-dimensional carbon nanostructure containing about 0.01 atom % to about 40 atom % of oxygen or a 2-dimensional carbon nanostructure precursor thereof. A content of oxygen in the 2-dimensional carbon nanostructure precursor may be lower than about 0.01 atom % or greater than about 40 atom %. The hardmask composition may be used to form a fine pattern.
