Abstract:
A method for transmitting information includes a NodeB receiving information reported by a User Equipment (UE) through an Enhanced Dedicated Channel (E-DCH) transmission channel, and determining the UE corresponding to the received information according to UE ID information carried in the received information. A system and NodeB for transmitting information are also provided. When random access data is transmitted between the UE and the NodeB, the NodeB can determine the UE from which the data is received, thus ensuring practicability of the transmission solution that uses High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) to implement random access.

Abstract:
A method of delineation of a packet-based data stream in order to identify a boundary between neighbouring packets in the data stream, wherein the data stream comprises a predetermined number of bits (N); the method comprising the steps of: processing the data stream to search for the boundary between neighbouring packets in the data stream; characterised in that the method further comprises calculating the greatest common divisor (GCD) of a bit skip integer (n) where (N) and (n) are co-primes; iteratively checking after each n bits to identify the boundary between the neighbouring packets.
Abstract:
An error correction apparatus comprises an input for receiving data. The received data includes error-check data. The apparatus also includes a processing resource arranged to calculate parity check data. A data store is coupled to the processing resource for storing look-up data for identifying, when in use, a location of an error in the received data. The look-up data is a compressed form of indexed error location data.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus and method of power-saving and wake-up, which is not only used to reduce the power consumption of a system of electronic equipment, but also allow the system to immediately return to normal operation according to the requirement. The apparatus for power-saving and wake-up includes a first detector, a second detector, a decoder and a third detector. The method for power-saving and wake-up includes detecting a cable signal, a clock pair signal and a differential pair signal. When one of the detected signals is unusual, the system soon turns off the unusual channel power and implement the procedures for power saving and operates under the power saving mode, which can realize the effect of power saving and low power consumption. The method for power-saving and wake-up includes detecting the cable signal, the toggling and frequency of the clock signal and the synchronizing signals of the system.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an arithmetic decoding system and apparatus based on the adaptive content. The system includes a control unit, a decoding unit and an interface unit. The control unit fills the code stream data into the decoding unit and configures and controls the decoding unit through the interface unit. The decoding unit performs a decoding for all the syntax elements from the code stream data in the macro block, assembles the syntax elements and transmits them to the control unit. The interface unit transfers the interaction information between the decoding unit and the control unit. The present invention obtains syntax elements by the CABAC decoding through hardware so that the decoding efficiency is highly improved and the requirements for the video processing speed and the data processing capacity of the real-time and high definition applications are satisfied.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a sink device. The sink device comprises a buffering unit and a clock generating unit. The buffering unit receives a decoding data according to a symbol clock signal, reads the decoding data according to a pixel clock signal, and generates a water level value. The clock generating unit receives the symbol clock signal to generate the pixel clock signal and adjusts a rate of the pixel clock signal according to the water level value and/or a phase difference signal.
