Abstract: A turbocharger air intake silencer with adjustable cavity space structures is provided. The turbocharger air intake silencer comprises a silencer connecting flange and a first resonator device. The first resonator device comprises a first silencer sealing plate, a first annular sound absorption cavity body, a first rotary table, a first rotary steering gear and a first valve. A first sound absorption cavity is enclosed by the first silencer sealing plate, the first annular sound absorption cavity body, the first valve and the first rotary table. A first sound absorption cavity inlet pipe is arranged beside the first sound absorption cavity. The first sound absorption cavity and the first sound absorption cavity inlet pipe form a Helmholtz resonator. The first rotary steering gear is mounted on the silencer connecting flange. The rotary steering gear is connected with a first rotary rack.

Abstract: A preparation method for thermoplastic multi-hybrid polyimide films is provided. The method includes the following steps: S1, adding an aromatic diisocyanate to an aromatic dianhydride solution system to obtain an anhydride-terminated polyimide precursor solution containing a seven-membered ring structure named a first solution; S2, adding an aromatic dianhydride to an aromatic diamine solution system to obtain an amino-terminated polyamic acid solution named a second solution; S3, mixing the first solution and the second solution to obtain a uniform multi-polymerization solution; S4, after extending the multi-polymerization solution to form a film, carrying out a gradient heating curing in a vacuum oven and an ordinary oven respectively to obtain a thermoplastic multi-hybrid polyimide film after cooling. The invention prepares a thermoplastic multi-hybrid polyimide film with better comprehensive performance rapidly, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost is effectively reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an efficient vibration reduction and isolation base supported by a chained panel fluid bladder, including a chained panel, the vibration reduction fluid bladder, vertical limiting devices and a bottom plate. The chained panel is a discontinuous structure formed by connecting chained substructure panels in series by panel hinge devices. The vibration reduction fluid bladder and the vertical limiting devices are fixedly installed between the chained panel and the bottom plate. The chained panel is constructed based on the impedance mismatch principle and provided with a mechanical device. Mechanical vibration energy is dissipated twice by the chained panel and the vibration reduction fluid bladder, thereby greatly reducing influences of mechanical device operation on a hull structure. The present disclosure abandons a traditional base design of a continuous panel, is simple in structure and good in vibration reduction performance, and has good economy and wide application prospects.

Abstract: A free piston generator based on a rigid synchronous transmission system is provided, which belongs to the technical field of power energy. The present disclosure solves the problems of low power generation efficiency and low stability of the existing free piston generator. The free piston generator based on the rigid synchronous transmission system includes a first linear generator set, a second linear generator set, a rigid synchronous transmission assembly, two high-pressure cylinders arranged at two ends of the first linear generator set, and two low-pressure cylinders arranged at two ends of the second linear generator set. The combustion product is firstly subjected to first-stage expansion in the high-pressure cylinder and is then subjected to second-stage expansion in the low-pressure cylinder, which effectively increases the energy utilization in exhaust gas, also increases the expansion work, and further improves the thermal efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the free piston generator. By means of the rigid synchronous transmission assembly, high-pressure pistons and low-pressure pistons are always kept in stable phase operation, so as to avoid the problems of wall-impingement and insufficient pressure of compressed air due to the phase mismatching.

Abstract: A method for depolarization suppression of in rhombohedral relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystal. The purpose of the present invention is to address the problem that the rhombohedral relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystals would depolarize when driven to sufficiently electric field due to their low coercive field. In the present invention, the crystal cut, poling direction and compressive stress application direction of the crystal is selected based on the domain structure and anisotropic nature of the crystal such that the spontaneous direction(s) of the crystal would rotate towards the poling direction in response to the applied compressive stress. Through application of appropriate compressive stress, the magnitude of depolarization field of the rhombohedral relaxor-based ferroelectric single crystals can be effectively increased.

Abstract: An active control method for filtered reference affine projection sign algorithm based on variable step size includes: S1, acquiring impulse noise signals and transmitting the signals to control filters; S2, transmitting the impulse noise signals by the control filters to post filters; S3, generating cancellation signals of the impulse noise signals by the post filters according to the impulse noise signals and internal active control algorithms, and transmitting the cancellation signals to a speaker; S4, sending out the cancellation signal by the speaker to superimpose with the impulse noise signals to cancel the impulse noise signal. A convex combination structure and a variable step size strategy are adopted, and by adjusting step size coefficients in the control filter structure, convergence speed of algorithm is controlled, contradiction between convergence speed and steady-state error is coordinated, convergence performance of control algorithm to impulse noises is improved, and impulse noises are effectively controlled.

Abstract: Provided is a free piston generator based on a split thermodynamic cycle, which belongs to the technical field of power energy. The present disclosure solves the problem of low power generation efficiency of an existing free piston generator. The free piston generator includes a linear generator set and two internal combustion engine sets arranged at two ends of the linear generator set. Air is first subjected to first-stage compression by the low-pressure cylinder set in the internal combustion engine sets and is then subjected to second-stage compression in the high-pressure cylinders, so that the intake pressure of an internal combustion engine is effectively increased, which is favorable for increasing the average effective pressure in a work process, thereby improving the thermal efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the free piston generator. A combusted working medium is first subjected to first-stage expansion in the high-pressure cylinders and is then subjected to second-stage expansion in the low-pressure cylinders, which effectively increases the utilization rate of energy in exhaust gas, increases the expansion work, and further improves the thermal efficiency and the power generation efficiency of the free piston generator.
