    Abstract: The gas sensor according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: an FET device including one or more gate electrodes; a sensor array part including a plurality of sensors, in which a first electrode of each sensor is connected to at least one gate electrode of the plurality of gate electrodes in the FET device; and a controller detecting a gas using a current between a drain-source in response to voltage changes in the gate electrode of the FET device, wherein each sensor includes: a first electrode connected to a gate electrode of the FET device; a second electrode receiving an operating voltage through a switch controlled by the controller; and a detection film interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode.

    Abstract: A method for producing a support structure of a 3D model for 3D printing is provided. A method for producing a support according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: dividing a surface constituting a 3D model into multiple surface patches; classifying respective divided surface patches according to geometric characteristics; and producing supports corresponding to the classified characteristics with regard to respective surface patches. Accordingly, during metal laminate manufacturing, the output stability may be improved while reducing the support producing process time. In addition, the surfaces may be expressed by different colors according to the result of geometric characteristic classification, and the supports may also be expressed by different colors according to the type, thereby playing the role of guide lines such that the user can recognize the shape of the surfaces and the type of supports to be installed on the corresponding surfaces. Moreover, the size of a support tip is determined in view of the thickness of the area in which a support is to be produced, thereby preventing the problem of output quality degradation which would otherwise occur because the support cannot move upwards through an output part.

    Abstract: An energy-saving dynamic production scheduling operation method for a parallel heat treatment process which handle processes in parallel is provided. The energy-saving dynamic production scheduling operation method includes: acquiring, by a production scheduling operation system, dynamic state information of a process of each processor; scheduling, by the production scheduling operation system, the process of each processor based on the dynamic state information; and deriving, by the production scheduling operation system, an estimated cost based on a result of generating a schedule regarding the process of each processor. Accordingly, an input sequence of heat treatment target products and a combination schedule can be optimized by reflecting dynamic state information (a product inputted to a corresponding heat treatment furnace, estimated heat treatment start and end times, cooling and heating states, etc.) of a plurality of heat treatment furnace which handle processes in parallel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a motor drive device and a motor drive system for improving a control stability despite an imbalance in zero crossing points in a sensorless motor of which position of a rotor is estimated by a counter electromotive force. The motor drive device includes: a position detector configured to detect a rotational position of a rotor of a motor by detecting a plurality of zero crossing points of a counter electromotive force induced in the motor; and a controller configured to control the motor by estimating a phase change timing based on a time interval between a current zero crossing point and a previous zero crossing point of a same state as the current zero crossing point among the plurality of zero crossing points detected by the position detector.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an isolated DC-DC converter and a driving method thereof. The isolated DC-DC converter includes: a switching unit connected to terminals of a power supply, comprising three pairs of switches connected in parallel, and configured to switch on and off the three pairs of switches; a transformer unit comprising a first through third transformers, each having a primary winding connected to the switching unit and a secondary winding that are wound in a predetermined turns ratio and transforming a voltage applied to the primary winding according to the turns ratio; a post-processing unit connected to the secondary winding of each of the first through third transformers and configured to rectify and filter a voltage induced in the secondary winding to generate and output an output voltage; and a control unit connected to the switching unit and configured to control switching operation of the switching unit by providing the switching unit with carriers and reference voltages.
