Abstract:
A stable pharmaceutical formulation or suspension has a pharmaceutical active agent, agave, and a dilutant. The formulation or suspension has viscosity suitable for drinking.
Abstract:
This invention is directed to a ball tee for supporting a ball. A ball tee comprises a column, and two platforms. The column is hollow and is generally identical on top and bottom, and dimensioned, at the bottom, to receive the narrow end of one platform, and, at the top, to receive the narrow end of another platform, communicating the column to both platforms, or one platform on the bottom with no platform communicated to the top, or either one platform on the top with no platform communicated to the bottom, providing a plurality of configurations and difficulty levels when utilizing the ball tee. The column is configured to stand upright on a multitude of natural and manufactured surfaces, with no platform communicated to the bottom, and to support a ball when there is no platform communicated to the top.
Abstract:
A hand held computer based device includes expense transaction software equipped with an electronic (near field) communication device to receive an electronic signal and wherein the expense transaction software obtains transaction information data in the electronic signal for either storing locally on the hand held computer based device or transmitting the transaction information data to a remotely located processor.
Abstract:
The variable speed transmission uses multiple fluid couplings to provide a sturdy, durable variable output ratio transmission by using hydraulic fluid to vary the output. Each fluid coupling has an independent output shaft driven by the respective fluid coupling turbine. Output shafts drive alternate gears (i.e., first and third at a first fluid coupling and second and fourth at a second fluid coupling). This configuration alternates gear shifts between the fluid couplings allowing the next gear up or down to be engaged before disengaging the current gear, for uninterrupted gear changes in both up and down shifting. A fifth gear would be driven by a gear connected to the fluid coupling input shafts. Gears could be engaged with hydraulic clutches or syncromesh gears. This combined with variable slip fluid couplings allows for better torque and control.

Abstract:
Described are systems and techniques for leveraging a virtual distributed trustless database using access-enabling codes. The computations use private codes. Each computation includes the information from all previous computations so that a chain of computations is maintained and controlled. A central system insures that dual computations do not occur.
Abstract:
Communications over short-range connections are used to facilitate whether access to resources is to be granted. For example, upon device discovery of one of an electronic user device and an electronic client device by the other device over a Bluetooth Low Energy connection, an access-enabling code associated with a user device or account can be evaluated for validity and applicability with respect to one or more particular resource specifications. User identity can be verified by comparing the user against previously obtained biometric information.
Abstract:
A ramp assembly for providing a transition surface between a vehicle floor and an alighting surface is disclosed. The ramp assembly includes a ramp portion that is rotatable between a stowed position and a deployed position. A target operably associated with the ramp portion so that the target reciprocates along a predetermined path when the ramp portion reciprocates between the stowed position and the deployed position. A sensor fitting maintains a fixed orientation relative to a horizontal plane. A sensor is mounted to the sensor fitting such that the sensor senses the target when the ramp portion is in a predetermined position.
Abstract:
A collapsible A-frame sign that can be converted into a panel that is capable of interlocking with other panels to form a physical barricade. When used alone, the device works as an A-frame sign or barrier by folding two frames hinged around a common end at the top of frames to form an A-shape allowing it to be erected in an upright position. Additionally, the device can be locked into a 180-degree angle, and joined with other identical devices to form a barricade at a height twice of the length of single frame. As a result, a group of locked devices can be used as a barricade as well as a warning signs.
