Abstract: Aspects present herein relate to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. The apparatus may receive, from a base station, a logged measurement configuration including a PLMN ID and a NID, the logged measurement configuration further including at least one of a trace reference, a logging area, a MDT PLMN list, or a MDT NPN list. The apparatus may also store the PLMN ID and the NID based on the received logged measurement configuration. Additionally, the apparatus may compare the PLMN ID and the NID to an MDT SNPN list to identify if the PLMN ID and the NID are included in the MDT SNPN list. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station, an availability indicator if the PLMN ID and the NID are included in the MDT SNPN list.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by an integrated access and backhaul network (IAB) donor transmits a configuration message on a source path to a first IAB node via a first distributed unit of the IAB donor. The method also instructs the first IAB node to delay delivery of the configuration message to a second node. The method migrates at least part of communications to the first IAB node from the source path to a target path via a second distributed unit. Another method of wireless communication is executed by a first integrated access and backhaul network (IAB) node. The method receives a first configuration message over a source path to a first IAB donor via a first distributed unit of the first IAB donor. The method also delays delivery of the first configuration message to a second node until a trigger occurs.

In some examples, a relay UE may transmit one or more discovery messages associated with establishing a sidelink relay communication link between the relay UE and a remote UE having a reduced communication bandwidth capability relative to the relay UE. In such examples, the relay UE may perform a communication bandwidth configuration procedure with the remote UE based on the remote UE having the reduced communication bandwidth capability relative to the relay UE. In some examples, the relay UE and the remote UE may establish, in accordance with the communication bandwidth configuration procedure, the sidelink relay communication link between the relay UE and the remote UE using a reduced communication bandwidth that is less than a full communication bandwidth allocated for the relay UE.

Abstract: Method and apparatus to efficiently establish a fast call recovery based on an occurrence of an uplink radio link failure. Abstract: An apparatus receives a small data transmission during an RRC inactive mode, without transitioning the UE to an RRC connected mode. The UE receives a page from a base station for a downlink data transmission while in the RRC inactive mode. The page may indicate a downlink data transmission to occur without transitioning the UE to an RRC connected mode and may indicate a RACH preamble to the UE. The UE transmits a random access preamble to the base station in response to the page and receives a downlink data packet from the base station while remaining in the RRC inactive mode.

Abstract: A device uses a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. It transmits a first signal indicative of a first sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) pattern selected to avoid in-device coexistence (IDC) interference at the device between the RATs and receives a second signal indicative of a second SL DRX pattern obtained in view of the first SL DRX pattern and is configured according to the second SL DRX pattern. It receives a fourth signal indicative of at least one of a second periodic or aperiodic SL gap obtained in view of the first gap and is configured according to the second periodic or aperiodic SL gap. The device autonomously denies a sidelink transmission in response to the sidelink transmission prospectively causing IDC interference.
