Abstract: The present invention teaches a system and method for identifying, targeting and destroying cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. This invention uses a vector engineered virus to selectively seek out cells that are both hotter than normal with a pH factor that is lower than normal thereby identifying cells that are cancerous regardless of location. Cancer succeeds for two reasons: i) rapid growth and ii) failure of the body's immune system to recognize the aberrant cells. This novel approach of using a dual vectored virus creates a dominant preference for locating and attaching to cancer cells, eliminating the need for chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and most major surgeries.

Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods wherethrough a cancer cell's metabolic activities attract a vector to the cell to provide the cell with tools and instructions for self-destruction. A vector is engineered for attraction to and reaction with cells of higher temperature, a characteristic result of hypermetabolism inherent in the uncontrolled or extreme growth of cancerous and precancerous cells. A second engineered feature relates to the increased acidity resulting from a cancer cell's reduced reliance of mitochondrial ATP production. The engineered vector then stimulates the body's natural intracellular and extracellular innate immune responses to effect death and destruction of the targeted hypermetabolizing cells.

Abstract: The present invention provides a process and method for repurposing existing compounds by leveraging genomic, phenotypic and pharmacological data to cure disease. Applying advanced mathematical analytics using massively interconnected computing capabilities to identify target rich sets of existing compounds available for animal testing at the earliest stage in the process collapses cycle time of development, dramatically reducing costs. Target rich sets obtained through this invention produce compounds or compositions which each have a demonstrated ability to modulate disease or an associated phenotypic expression. By rendering the mechanism of action irrelevant, this invention collapses the time and cost to discovery of an efficacious drug from decades to days and from $Billions to $Millions.

Abstract: The present invention describes natural, artificial, and/or enhanced methods for controlling intercellular and intracellular communications involving complex biological, biochemical reactions and the like. It transforms intercellular data into actionable and remedial intervention when reactions or existing intercellular interactions are not in synchrony with the normal or historic demands of the macroorganism. The invention controls intercellular communication systems by initiating, enhancing, inhibiting or preventing material and information transfer through tunneling nanotubules (TNTs) and/or through exosomal exchanges. Although TNTs are generally beneficial, the present invention especially recognizes that several diseases have developed patterns that take advantage of or make use of TNTs to propagate disease by direct intercellular connection between neighbor cells. Inhibiting TNT formation can prevent disease spread while other defenses such as immune system forming protective antibodies comes to fruition. An alternative or enhanced practice of the invention manages exosome production to deliver deleterious substance to prevent infected or otherwise unnecessary cells from commandeering resources for their benefit to the macroorganism's detriment. The exosomes may be used independently but preferably together with the TNT therapy. The exosomes can be engineered to specifically target a receptor protein or specific cell for delivery of the exosomal package which may include small molecule, cofactor ion, mRNA, miRNA, protein, pharmaceutical and/or other desired composition that can be incorporated in the exosomal membrane or its inner content. Optional assessment tools included bioassays and electronic monitoring devices. Proper management of TNT and/or exosome intercellular communication results in optimization of the macroorganism's metabolism and quality of life and/or minimizing metabolism compromising and/or disease sustaining attributes.

Abstract: This invention provides compositions, systems and methods that improve and/or optimize the health and performance of animals, especially mammals including humans, canines, equines, felines, etc. Key aspects of the principle invention and its parts include the monitoring, management and modulation of the body's natural cannabinoid systems through its native mechanisms thereby optimizing its processes by supplementation with endogenously occurring components and/or by administering synthetic compounds. The invention selects from multiple available resources to modify and/or rebalance an individual system or it may be applied across interconnected systems. The encompassing system that is intricately involved in the operations and intensities, e.g., the balancing of most other systems of our bodies, relates to cannabinoid compounds and their receptors. The cannabinoid pathways can be coordinated in rebalancing multiple and various metabolic pathways. Compositions comprising compounds that slow degradation of native endocannabinoids, that stimulate their production and/or compounds that act on cannabinoid receptors within the body are featured in systems and methods of this invention. The activated and rebalanced cannabinoid systems then become adept at modulating and the rebalancing of the numerous systems in which they participate to improve one or more systems including, but not limited to: normal and/or abnormal stresses of life, environmental influences, genomic or epigenomic irregularities and/or normal or accentuated processes of aging. Specifically targeted systems may include, but are not limited to, those involved in: cellular and/or mitochondrial metabolism, corticosteroid synthesis and effects, appetite, allergy and immunity, sleep and waking, etc. Practicing the invention selects from multiple approaches that may be used independently or in concert to compensate for a variety of concerns. Supplementing dietary intake to rebalance metabolism and/or its metabolic responses—including immunogenic or allergic responses to pathogenic and/or environmental stresses is one focus. Additional features of the invention may include: compensating for failing or decreasing androgen hormone levels as a human continues to age, rebalancing the organism's metabolism through providing mitochondrial supplements, and serially revisiting effects of the early stages of treatment to redirect or improve activity of all aspects of life and metabolism.

Abstract: Social network members control access to and utilization of their data. Static information associated with the member is acquired, and computer-based activities of the member are recorded to generate dynamic information associated with the member. A set of member preferences are acquired from the member, including an identification of a third party to whom access of the member profile is granted by the member in exchange for compensation to the member. A member profile is constructed including the static information associated with the member, the dynamic information associated with the member, and the member preferences. The member profile is transmitted to the third party identified in the member preferences, and compensation is provided to the member exchange for access to the member profile. The member profile is stored in a blockchain ledger and is updated by recording each computer-based activity to a record in the blockchain ledger.

Abstract: This invention describes an cellular and subcellular “social network” at a biomolecular level that provides systems and methods for life extension, disease prevention and cellular rejuvenation through the transfer or exchange of biochemical, electrophysiological and sub-cellular biomolecular constructs and/or their assemblies, either in their totality or in part as carriers of material and/or information through interactions and continuous intercourses between neighboring cells. First responder cells are engineered or primed to support such conveyances including, but not limited to: organelles, macromolecules, lipids, ions, etc. from cells able to dispose of said biomaterials, etc. to cells requiring or standing to benefit therefrom. Among other advantages, these systems and methods provide increased capacity for managing intact mitochondrial (switching) mechanisms for the restoration or improved functionality of compromised cells. As cells or cellular clusters signal or are recognized by neighboring cells, cellular assemblage(s) or biomass, they receive mitochondria that are tagged, selected or engineered for cyto-enhancement. First responder cells may be cells native to the organism in situ; cells native to the organism, but removed and cultured or modified in growth media, optionally synthetically induced to express improved functionality, and returned per ipsis or combined with restorative media to aid healing. Additional immunologically compatible cells cultured from sources other than those native to the organism may be provided as an aid to healing. This process may be activated by using chemical, physical or harmonic activators or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A wireless beacon message management system and method of operating the system with a mobile device. At least one wireless beacon is strategically located in a premises, such as a building or other geocentrically defined area. Each wireless beacon has means for transmitting a wireless beacon signal, wherein the wireless beacon signal includes a beacon data message that has a beacon identification that identifies the beacon transmitting the signal, and optionally the content being delivered. A mobile device such as a smartphone, tablet or the like receives the wireless beacon signal and analyzes it to extract the beacon identification and optional beacon content. The mobile device may then apply one or more software filters to the beacon data message that enables the mobile device to initiate an action based on the filtered beacon data message.
