Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). Methods and apparatuses are provided in which first sidelink data and second sidelink data are received from one or more terminals. It is determined whether a first resource for transmitting first feedback information for the first sidelink data and a second resource for transmitting second feedback information for the second sidelink data overlap each other. When the first resource and the second resource overlap each other, feedback information corresponding to one of the first feedback information and the second feedback information having a higher priority, is transmitted to the one or more terminals. A priority of each of the first feedback information and the second feedback information is based on sidelink control information scheduling each of the first sidelink data and the second sidelink data.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. In accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure, a method of a terminal in a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided. The method includes identifying at least one of a master information block (MIB) or a system information block (SIB) transmitted from a first base station, identifying a second cell controlled by a second base station for transmitting a random access preamble on a random access channel, and transmitting the random access preamble on the random access channel to the second base station, wherein at least one of the MIB or the SIB includes configuration information on an initial access to the second base station, and wherein configuration information on the initial access to the second base station includes uplink configuration information for the second cell and random access channel configuration information for the second cell.

A communication method includes receiving, from a base station, resource allocation information on resource allocation granularity for a neighbor cell associated with an interference signal; identifying the resource allocation granularity for the neighbor cell; and performing an interference cancellation for the interference signal based on the resource allocation granularity for the neighbor cell.

The present disclosure relates to a method for receiving downlink data of a terminal in a wireless communication system, and suggests a method and an apparatus for receiving downlink data, the method comprising: a step for checking a transmission parameter regarding data being transmitted from an interference cell; a step for determining, on the basis of the transmission parameter, whether or not an interference signal exists; a step for determining, on the basis of any one of the transmission parameter and the determination on whether or not an interference signal exists, whether or not network assisted interference cancellation and suppression (NAICS) technology is applied; and a step for decoding the downlink data on the basis of the determination on whether or not the NAICS technology is applied.

When a synchronization signal and a discovery reference signal to be transmitted by a base station collide with a detection and channel occupation operation for the unlicensed band, the timing of the detection and channel occupation operation for the unlicensed band may be adjusted in order to solve the problem of the collision.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a reception performance of the UE can be improved through interference cancellation and suppression.
