    Abstract: A base station in a wireless communication system is disclosed. Each base station in the wireless communication comprises: a communication module; and a processor. When the processor attempts to transmit a synchronization signal and PBCH block (SSB) at a SSB transmission candidate position in a discovery reference signal (DRS) transmission window, and fails to transmit an SSB at a first SSB transmission candidate location in a first DRS transmission window, the processor is configured to attempt to transmit the SSB at a second SSB transmission candidate position that is later than the first SSB transmission candidate position in the first DRS transmission window. The DRS transmission window is a time interval in which the base station can transmit the SSB. The SSB transmission candidate position indicates a time point at which the base station can start SSB transmission within the DRS transmission window.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a transmission and reception method of a radio signal by a terminal in a wireless communication system. According to the present specification, disclosed is a method comprising the steps of: determining whether or not transmission of an uplink radio signal or reception of a downlink radio signal allocated to a terminal is possible on a slot configured to comprise at least one of one or more downlink symbols for downlink transmission, one or more flexible symbols and one or more uplink symbols for uplink transmission; and controlling the transmission of the uplink radio signal or the reception of the downlink radio signal on the basis of the determination. According to the present invention, the terminal can transmit the uplink radio signal even if the configuration of the slot is changed, and thus uplink radio signal transmission omission or unnecessary retransmission of the uplink radio signal can be prevented. And by means of defining valid timing of the uplink signal such as a physical random access channel, the frequency efficiency of the network can be increased and the energy consumption of the terminal can be reduced.

    Abstract: A base station of a wireless communication system is disclosed. The base station of the wireless communication includes a communication module; and a processor configured to control the communication module. The processor receives a radio resource control (RRC) signal from a base station of the wireless communication system through the communication module and determines a time-frequency resource corresponding to at least one resource-set indicated by the RRC signal. The processor receives a physical control channel from the base station through the communication module, determines a time-frequency resource domain in which physical data channel reception of the terminal is scheduled by the physical control channel, and receives a physical data channel based on a time-frequency resource in which the physical data channel reception of the terminal is scheduled and a time-frequency resource in which the at least one resource-set overlap. The slot format combination index identifies a slot format combination configured for the terminal. The slot format combination indicates a type of a symbol included in one or more slots, and the type of the symbol is one among a downlink symbol, an uplink symbol, and a flexible symbol.
