    Abstract: A continuous concentrate feeding equipment of the present invention includes a plurality of concentrate supply mechanisms each including a pressure-adjusting tank that temporarily accumulates granular concentrate; a lift tank that receives the concentrate from the pressure-adjusting tank and discharges the concentrate to a smelting furnace; and a pressure control system that controls pressures of the pressure-adjusting tank and the lift tank such that the concentrate is continuously supplied from the lift tank to the smelting furnace throughout a time when the concentrate is received in the pressure-adjusting tank and a time when the concentrate is discharged into the lift tank. The plurality of concentrate supply mechanisms are connected in parallel to a conveyor for carrying in concentrate from an upstream side of the conveyor to a downstream side thereof. Supply control means is provided to control supply of the concentrate.

The system also includes a derrick coupled to the base. The derrick is configured to be oriented substantially horizontally when the system is in a folded state. The derrick is configured to be oriented substantially vertically when the system is in an unfolded state. The derrick includes a second conveyor configured to receive the granular material from the first conveyor and to convey the granular material. The system also includes a first arm coupled to the derrick. The first arm includes a third conveyor configured to receive the granular material from the second conveyor and to convey the granular material.

    Abstract: A single drive dual hopper conveyor system is presented having a center conveyor system and a pair of side conveyor systems that are connected to one another. A single motor is connected to the center conveyor system and drives movement of a belt within the center conveyor system. The connection of the center conveyor system to the side conveyor system causes the belts of the side conveyor systems to be simultaneously driven as the belt of the center conveyor system is driven. This arrangement eliminates the need for multiple motors. A guide at the center of the belts is configured to guide the belts through the center of the housings and prevent the buildup of grain within a cut-out section of the flights of the belt that is needed to allow access to the links of the belts to facilitate driving of the belts.

    Abstract: A mobile machine for conveying and/or processing mineral aggregate material, includes a machine frame and a conveyor module supported on the machine frame so as to be displaceable relative to the latter. A conveyor line runs along a virtual conveyor path (FB), the conveyor module being designed at least for conveying the aggregate material along the conveyor path on the conveyor line. A component carrier in a working state of the machine runs in an elevation direction (H) at a distance from the conveyor line crosswise with respect to the conveyor path above the conveyor line. The component carrier supports at least one functional module which interacts with the aggregate material conveyed on the conveyor line. The conveyor module is displaceable relative to the machine frame with a displacement component in the elevation direction. The component carrier is movable both relative to the conveyor module and the machine frame.

    Abstract: A low-profile, high-capacity elevator conveying system that is operably able to reduce spatial requirements for the elevating system to not less than about one third (⅓) of the overall lift height, and preferably having a height to base ratio in a range of between 4:1 to 8:1. The present invention also relates to a high capacity elevator conveying system which can elevate both fine and coarse materials through a range of between 300 μm and 300 mm, while limiting belt side travel to 150 mm maximum, or +/−75 mm as required to prevent edge damage to the conveyor belts.
