Abstract: A non-volatile field-effect transistor includes a gate electrode including a first contact, a source comprising a second contact, a drain including a third contact, a channel between the drain and the source and formed by a two-dimensional electron gas, a remanent-state subassembly having two electrically controllable remanent states comprising at least one oxide layer, and a reducing layer made of at least one metal-type reducing material having an atomic concentration of metal elements greater than 50%. The application of a voltage between the first contact and another contact results in a non-volatile modulation of the conductivity of the two-dimensional gas.

Abstract: The invention concerns a programmable voltage to time converter, comprising: a locking frequency generator configured to generate a locking frequency; a current generator configured to generate a biasing current; a relaxation oscillator configured to be powered by the biasing current and to generate an output voltage signal from the locking frequency, a gain control word and an input voltage signal; a phase difference block configured to determine a phase difference between a first signal corresponding to the output voltage signal and a second signal determined based on the locking frequency. The relaxation oscillator comprises a component presenting a linearly controllable characteristic. The voltage to time converter presents a gain linearly or dB-linearly controllable based on the gain control word by controlling linearly said characteristic of said component.

Abstract: A method for assessing the uranium content in a region of interest of a subsoil using gamma spectrometry includes acquiring at least one energy spectrum of gamma radiation associated with the region of interest. The energy spectrum includes at least one low-energy band, one high-energy band, a contribution of the self-attenuation of uranium in the low-energy band being greater than a contribution of the self-attenuation of uranium in the high-energy band. The method also includes assessing the uranium content in the region of interest using the area of the low-energy band, the area of the high-energy band of the energy spectrum acquired in the region of interest and at least two calibration coefficients.
