    Abstract: A hot pressing membrane includes a carrier film, a decorative layer formed on the carrier film, and a transparent protective layer formed on the decorative layer. The decorative layer includes, in parts by weight, 4.0 to 6.0 parts by weight of a first thermoplastic polyurethane, 1.0 to 2.0 parts by weight of a pigment, and 12.0 to 15.0 parts by weight of a first solvent. The transparent protective layer includes, in parts by weight, 4.0 to 6.0 parts by weight of a second thermoplastic polyurethane, 0.6 to 2.0 parts by weight of a functional additive, and 11.0 to 14.0 parts by weight of a second solvent. The hot pressing membrane of the invention is via the carrier film bonded to an outer surface of an object by a hot pressing process. The hot pressing membrane of the invention has a scratch resistance equal to or greater than 50 times.

    Abstract: A keyswitch assembly includes a base, a pressable plate, a first magnetic acting member and a second magnetic acting member. An accommodating space is defined within the base, and an upper surface of the base is provided with a connecting portion. The pressable plate includes a pressing portion, an acting portion and a pivotal connection portion located between the pressing portion and the acting portion and pivotally connected to the connecting portion. The first magnetic acting member is disposed on the acting portion; the second magnetic acting member is disposed on the base corresponding to the first magnetic acting member. The keyswitch assembly is configured such that the first magnetic acting member and the second magnetic acting are attracted or repulsed each other by a magnetic force, so as to provide or change a pressing resistance of the pressing portion.

    Abstract: A keycap support mechanism increases the stability of supporting a keycap through structure designs of supports. Two supports are pivotally connected around a pivot axis; therein, at least one of the supports includes a support body and a reinforcement part embedded into the support body. The elastic modulus of the reinforcement part is greater than the elastic modulus of the support body. In an embodiment, the reinforcement part has a surrounding portion. The surrounding portion surrounds three sides of a pivot hole of the support. In another embodiment, the two supports both have a reinforcement part. The two reinforcement parts have overlapping portions in a vertical direction. A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, and any of the above keycap support mechanisms. The keycap support mechanism supports the keycap above the base plate.

    Abstract: A plastic board suitable for a keyboard having first and second keyswitch sets includes first and second board portions and transverse dividing slots. The first and second board portions have first and second mounting areas respectively corresponding to the first and second keyswitch sets. First dividing slots of the first board portion extend sequentially along a periphery of at least one first mounting area to separate first and second board regions. Second dividing slots of the second board portion extend sequentially along a periphery of at least one second mounting area to separate third and fourth board regions. The transverse dividing slots are formed separately between the first and second board portions to separate the first and third board regions and separate the second and fourth board regions. The first, second, third, and fourth board regions have a feeding point, respectively, to be formed by an injection molding process.

    Abstract: A backlight keyswitch includes a keyswitch body, a membrane circuit board disposed under the keyswitch body, a backlight module and an elastic body having a bridge structure, a central pillar, and a ring-shaped base disposed on the membrane circuit board. The keyswitch body has a keycap with a symbol. The backlight module is disposed under the membrane circuit board for emitting light to the symbol. The elastic body is disposed between the keycap and the membrane circuit board for returning the keycap to its original position. The bridge structure extends from the ring-shaped base toward the keycap to connect to the central pillar for supporting the central pillar, such that the central pillar is suspended relative to the membrane circuit board and abuts against the keycap. A projection of the central pillar on the keycap completely covers the symbol.

    Abstract: A backlight module for a lighting keyboard including at least two heat-dissipating keys comprises a reflective layer, a light guide panel and a shielding sheet and has at least two penetration channels.
