Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating data are described. In an example embodiment, a plurality of data attributes of comparison data and the plurality of data attributes of a master record are respectively compared to determine that there is a difference, the comparison data originating from a data source. A relative level of source priority of the data source of the comparison data is determined relative to the data source of a current state version of the master record in accordance with source evaluation criteria. The current state version of the master record is stored in reference data based on a determination that there is a difference and that the source priority of the data source of the comparison data is equal to or greater than the data source of the current state version of the master record. Mapped comparison data is used to update the current state version of the master record based on the determination that there is a difference and that the source significance of the data source of the comparison data is equal to or greater than the data source of the current state version of the master record to create an updated state version of the master record, the mapped comparison data being based on the comparison data. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing pricing guarantees for prescription drugs are described. In one embodiment, a designation of a pharmacy within a pharmacy network may be received as a preferred pharmacy designation. The preferred pharmacy designation may be associated with a member. A set of preferred pharmacy benefits may be associated with the member and the preferred pharmacy designation. A pharmacy claim associated with the preferred pharmacy designation for a prescription for the member may be adjudicated based on the set of preferred pharmacy benefits. Other methods and systems are described.

Abstract: Methods and systems for analyzing software development risks are described. In one embodiment, a plurality of risk factor questions associated with a software development process of a software program during a software development stage in which the software program is being created or will be created are generated. A plurality of risk factor responses associated with the software development process of the software program is received. A plurality of risk factors with a plurality of risk factor models and a plurality of risk factor weightings is respectively associated. The plurality of risk factors are totaled in combination with their respective association of the plurality of risk factor models and the plurality of risk factor weightings to generate a predicted number of expected software development defects associated with continued development of the software program. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses a loading device to label containers and load the labeled containers onto a pallet. The loading device is configured with at least one container drop assembly that receives containers to be labelled and loaded onto the pallet and that is in communication with a label assembly configured to print and apply labels to the containers. The loading device also includes at least one loading rotary wheel configured to receive the labelled containers and hold the labelled containers in a pick position to be moved from the pick position to a predetermined position on the pallet. The loading device may be configured to accommodate multiple sizes of containers and to consolidate multiple sizes of labelled containers into a single loading rotary wheel for loading onto the pallet.

Abstract: Methods and systems for pharmacy modeling are described. The risk adjusted pharmacy predictive model is created from member data, claims data, and population data. This model can be used to compare the actual pharmacy performance to an expected actual pharmacy performance value, which can be used to identify pharmacies at risk or not performing to an acceptable level. The model can be used for adherence and generic drug utilization ratings of pharmacies. The pharmacy can be judged on a therapy class by therapy class basis with factors that reflect the demographic, socio-economic, location, benefits attributes, etc. that actually affect the performance of the pharmacy and may assist in determining the quality of care by a pharmacy.
