Abstract:
This is a method and device for making a packaging box from two blanks (2, 3), wherein blanks are taken simultaneously from two adjacent stacks (25, 26) and placed on two parallel tracks (29, 30), the blanks are transferred flat until butted longitudinally to an assembly station, the first blank is glued on its way to the longitudinal abutment position, the first and second blanks are butted laterally into their respective positions to give them an exact lateral reference position, they are grasped, and transferred laterally, and the second blank is placed on the first blank which is thus indexed, escaping the drivers (61) of the first track (29) when the second blank is placed against the fast blank, but clamped by vertical pressure. The second blank is then applied to the first blank to glue them together in their respective defined longitudinal positions, and the resulting set of blanks is then transferred to an erecting station where the box is erected by rolling the blanks around a core.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a one-piece blank (14) made of corrugated cardboard for the production of a display case (1), the case, the method and the machine for producing said case. The blank comprises a band (2) of panels (15, 16, 17, 18) connected together in pairs by parallel fold lines (24, 25, 26, 27). The band (2) comprises a precut transverse line (20) making it possible to divide the blank into two half-blanks (21, 22), said transverse line determining on either side and for each parallel fold line (24, 25, 26, 27) two separate portions of fold line (24′, 24″; 25′, 25″; 26′, 26″; 27′, 27″) offset relative to one another in order to make it possible to at least partly compensate for the thicknesses of cardboard when the second half-blank is wrapped over the first half-blank around a mandrel.
Abstract:
A reference value VRef is arbitrarily selected from the range of possible rotation speeds, the position of the trimmable horizontal stabiliser is angled at least in accordance with the centring, for said value VRef, the deviation between said reference value and the accelerating aircraft speed value VC is determined, and the elevators and/or the trimmable horizontal stabiliser of the aircraft are controlled, prior to rotation, in such a way that said deviation is taken into account.
Abstract:
Detection of the overstepping of design loads of an aircraft tailplane may include determining current bending and twisting moments applied to the aircraft. The determined bending and twisting moments are compared with a safety envelope to determine the risk of developing permanent deformations on the tailplane. A determination is made as to whether a structural inspection of the tailplane should be performed based on the comparison result.
Abstract:
A set of blanks, a box, a method and a machine for making a packaging box that includes at least two blanks made of a fiberboard or corrugated fiberboard sheet material, i.e. a first blank comprising a series of at least four flaps for forming the side walls of the box, and a second blank comprising at least two panels joined together along a third fold line. The second blank straddles at least one fold line of the first blank, the first panel is attached to and/or centred on the first blank, and at least one of the second panels is attached to the first blank via means that enable movement of the second panels relative to the first blank when the box is formed by simultaneously wrapping said blanks around a volume having a predetermined size.
Abstract:
The invention pertains to a carton, a blank and a process for manufacturing a carton of sheet material. The carton includes a cover formed by inner and outer flaps, and two sinkable corner regions situated respectively on either side of the carton or of the cover, straddling the fold lines corresponding to two walls and two opposing flaps. It includes an elongate handle comprising a lower band made of a sheet material formed at least in part by a detachable part belonging to at least one outer flap and a reinforcing upper band secured to the lower band having ends fixed on each side to opposing lateral walls, underneath the sinkable corner regions with respect to the upper face of the cover. The handle encompasses or extends opposite the sinkable corner regions so that, when the handle is pulled substantially perpendicularly to the upper face of the cover, handle portions situated opposite the sinkable corner regions sink into the regions.
Abstract:
An electrical component has a body (1) and a plurality of leads extending from the body, and is enclosed in an insulating plastics sleeve (4) that extends over the body and leads. The sleeve (4) has a number of heat-recoverable end portions (6, 7) that extend over the leads and enclose a quantity of solder (8, 9), so that the leads can be permanently connected to further terminals by heating the end portions of the sleeves to cause them to recover and the solder to fuse.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a generally parallelepiped corrugated box for packaging and transporting objects, the box comprising a lid formed by a lateral can-band carton including a front wall, a rear wall, and side walls and a top, and a tray forming a base including a central panel comprising four main sides each respectively provided with a first flap. The front and rear flaps are U-shaped and define each with the top a central recess enabling an object in the box to be gripped manually by a user from the side and/or from above. One or several partly precut portions and/or one or several bonding points enable the walls of the lid to be detached from the first flaps of the tray by manual separation resulting from a force applied perpendicularly to the walls.

Abstract:
A reference value is arbitrarily selected from a range of possible aircraft rotation speeds. A position of a trimmable horizontal stabilizer is angled in accordance with a centering of the reference value. A deviation between the reference value and an accelerating speed value of the aircraft is determined. Elevators or the horizontal stabilizer are controlled, prior to rotation, in accordance with the determined deviation.
