Abstract:
A motor vehicle headlight element is specified which has at least one light-emitting diode and at least one control apparatus. The control apparatus is suitable for processing a signal which is dependent on a measurement variable and for applying a current corresponding to the signal, to the light-emitting diode. The control apparatus and the light-emitting diode are arranged on a common mount.
Abstract:
A light barrier comprising a semiconductor component (1) and a method for detecting objects with a carrier (2), a semiconductor chip (4) which detects an electromagnetic radiation, a semiconductor chip (4) which emits an electromagnetic radiation, and a direction-selective element (5, 8), which delimits an angle range of the radiation which can be received by the detecting semiconductor chip (4) and/or of the radiation to be emitted by the emitting semiconductor chip (3), wherein a main radiation axis (V) of the radiation which can be received is tilted relative to a main radiation axis (U) of the radiation to be emitted.

Abstract:
Described are a system and a method for monitoring pre-prepared meals which can be assembled as a plurality of portions. Assembled pre-prepared meals can be monitored starting from their assembly up to the ultimate consumption. Pre-prepared meals are arranged on tray-like containers and a data carrier is fastened which contains meal-specific data. These meal-specific data can be read out at least two reading stations to be able to keep a record of the conditions of manufacture, storage and/or cooling.
Abstract:
The surface of a covering which is to face a floor is at least in part constituted by an adhesive capable of forming a bond. This enables the covering to be readily applied to the floor. The surface may be covered by a protective foil which prevents the covering from sticking to other objects and is removed before applying the covering to the floor.
Abstract:
A method is provided for producing a plurality of optoelectronic components. A number of semiconductor chips are arranged on a connection carrier assembly. A frame assembly with a number of openings is arranged in such a way, relative to the connection carrier assembly, that the semiconductor chips are each arranged in one of the openings. A number of optical elements are positioned in such a way, relative to the frame assembly, that the optical elements cover the openings. The connection carrier assembly with the frame assembly and the optical elements is singulated into the number of optoelectronic components, such that each optoelectronic component includes one connection carrier with at least one optoelectronic semiconductor chip, one frame with at least one opening and at least one optical element.
Abstract:
The invention pertains to a powder lacquer composition containing epoxy-rtive polymers as binders and epoxy-functional siloxane resins as hardeners as well as additives, if required, such as pigments and/or fillers and/or thermal stabilizers and/or additives such as flow-promoting agents and de-gassing agents, whereby the hardener is a compound which is prepared by the hydrolysis and condensation of an organo-silane R.sub.2 SiX.sub.2 of an epoxy-functionalized silane.
Abstract:
A radiation emitter component, in particular an infrared emitter component with a conventional light-emitting diode housing, includes two electrode connections, one of which has a well-shaped reflector. The housing has an optically transparent, electrically non-conducting encapsulation material. A semiconductor laser chip is fastened in a well-shaped reflector of the light-emitting diode housing. The semiconductor laser chip has a quantum well structure, in particular with a strained layer structure, for example MOVPE epitaxial layers with a layer sequence GaAlAs-InGaAs-GaAlAs. A diffusor material can be inserted into the optically transparent, electrically non-conducting material of the light-emitting diode housing. The diffusor material is constructed or inserted with regard to type and concentration in such a way that in connection with the semiconductor laser chip encapsulated in the light-emitting diode housing, a radiation characteristic curve or an increase of an effective emission surface is produced that is comparable to that of a conventional infrared light-emitting diode.
Abstract:
In order to accommodate the ammunition (7) in an ammunition magazine (1) in a space- and mass-saving manner without an external drive, and to subsequently remove the ammunition quickly from the magazine, the individual ammunition bodies (7) are disposed, with the aid of holders (10), on the chain links (8, 9) of a rigid-backed chain (6) (ammunition chain) seated to be displaced in two rails (3, 4). In such an arrangement, the ammunition (7) can be removed quickly from the magazine (1) through the withdrawal of the chain (6) and the pivoting of the individual chain links (8, 9) toward the rear side (15) of the chain (6), and stowed again when the chain (6) is pushed back into the magazine frame.
