Abstract: A security fastener assembly is provided with a cap having a standard tool bearing surface and an attachment portion formed opposite the tool bearing surface. A fastener body has a mating attachment portion formed at a first end along which the cap is secured and a keyed security feature formed adjacent the mating attachment portion. A second end of the fastener body has a threaded fastener portion for securing the fastener assembly to a vehicle. The threaded portion of the fastener body is installed with rotation in a first direction. Engaging the tool bearing surface of the cap and rotating in a second direction opposite the first direction does not rotate the threaded portion of the fastener body. The fastener body is removable with the keyed security feature.

Abstract: A security fastener assembly is provided with a cap having a decorative bearing surface and a lower retention portion. A fastener body has: a threaded portion or securing the fastener assembly to a corresponding threaded feature on a vehicle; a stem opposite the threaded portion for receiving the cap, the stem having a security protrusion defining a distal end, an undercut formed adjacent the stem for cooperating with the lower retention portion of the cap, where the lower retention portion of the cap is secured in the undercut to maintain the cap on the fastener body; a keyed security drive feature formed between the threaded portion the stem portion where the fastener body is removable with the keyed security feature. Engaging the decorative bearing surface of the cap and rotating does not rotate the threaded portion of the fastener body.

The alloy has the composition of Fe at 69.2 wt. % to 89.1 wt. %; Cr at 7.25 wt. % to 16.0 wt. %; Nb at 0.01 wt. % to 10.0 wt. %; Mo at 0.5 wt. % to 4.0 wt. %. C at 0.03 wt. % to 0.4 wt. % and optionally one or more of Ni, Cu, Si, W, Mn, N and B. The printed metallic part has a tensile strength of at least 1300 MPa, a yield strength of at least 700 MPa, an elongation of at least 4.0%, and a hardness of at least 45 HRC.

Abstract: Alloy compositions for 3D metal printing procedures which provide metallic parts with high hardness, tensile strengths, yield strengths, and elongation. The alloys include Fe, Cr and Mo and at least three or more elements selected from C, Ni, Cu, Nb, Si and N. As built parts indicate a tensile strength of at least 1000 MPa, yield strength of at least 640 MPa, elongation of at least 3.0% and hardness (HV) of at least 375.

Abstract: A seat clamp is provided for securing a seat in a folded position and is adapted to be attached between a cargo hook in the vehicle and a seat. A clamp body is formed of plastic and has a first attachment feature along a first end, for securing the seat clamp to the cargo hook in the vehicle cargo area. A second attachment feature is formed at the second end of the clamp body for releasably securing the clamp body to a bracket on the seat with an interference fit.

Abstract: A wheel fastener alarm assembly is provided having a fastener body with a first portion defining a wrenching surface and a cavity, and a second portion with a threaded portion to attach and detach from a wheel of a vehicle. A sensor array is disposed in the cavity of fastener body to detect an attribute of the fastener body and generate an output signal based on the attribute of the fastener body. An antenna connected to the sensor array to transmit the signal to a remote location. A cap is secured to the first portion of the fastener body and covers the wrenching surface and the cavity opening to define a capped fastener body.
