    Abstract: A mobile phone apparatus is provided with a camera module 36 having an image sensor and an exposure evaluating circuit. When a camera function is turned on, an image sensor outputs image data, and the exposure evaluating circuit performs AE controlling processing based on an exposure time in correspondence with a luminance evaluated value of the image data. Also, in a case that the ambient is dark, and thus, illumination of an object is low, that is, in a case that the luminance evaluated value of the image data is less than a predetermined value, an LED 40 emits light as a flash in imaging. At this time, the AE controlling processing is suspended to thereby change the current exposure time into a predicted exposure time. Then, the AE controlling processing is started regarding the changed predicted exposure time as a starting point of the control.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a process for the production of a low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 250 to 4,000 or an addition salt thereof, which comprises distilling a low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer solution to distill off unreacted monoallylamine, then, subjecting a residue to electrodialysis, and optionally carrying out acid treatment, a low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer having an ignition residue content of 5% by weight or less and a weight average molecular weight of 250 to 4,000, or an addition salt of a low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer having said properties, a water-resistance-imparting agent for use in an ink which comprises the above polymer or addition salt, and an ink composition comprising a colorant and the above water-resistance-imparting agent. According to the process of the present invention, a low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer improved in coloring and almost free of an inorganic salt or an addition salt thereof can be efficiently obtained. Further, the ink composition comprising the low-molecular-weight allylamine polymer or the salt thereof, provided by the present invention, not only has high water resistance but also is excellent in shelf life, and it is suitably used for inkjet recording.

    Abstract: A mobile phone apparatus 10 is equipped with a camera module 36 including an image sensor (52), an AE evaluation circuit (60), etc. When a camera function is executed, an exposure is adjusted such that an exposure evaluated value is equal to an exposure target value, whereby, an AF controlling processing is executed. For example, when a shutter key is operated, the exposure target value is changed to an exposure target value for AF control being smaller than an exposure target value for normal photographing. Furthermore, a frame rate is increased such that the exposure evaluated value having a correlation to the frame rate is smaller than the exposure target value in response to the change of the exposure target value. Then, the AF controlling processing is executed on the basis of the image data every frame output from the image sensor (52) at the increased frame rate.

    Abstract: A cylinder band for immobilizing an air cylinder on a buoyancy regulator includes a belt, a buckle and a coupler adapted to couple the belt and buckle. The buckle has a pair of parallel supporting walls, which have longitudinally opposite first ends and second ends. A pivot extends through the first ends, with end surfaces thereof defining cam surfaces that enhance a tensity of the belt as the second ends swing around the pivot while the end surfaces are in contact with the peripheral surface. The end surfaces each has a pair of convexly curved surface segments spaced from each other in the circumferential direction of the peripheral surface, which are adapted to contact the peripheral surface at once. A concavely curved surface segment extends between the convexly curved surface segments and has a curvature radius which is the same as or less than a radius of the peripheral surface.
