    Abstract: A screen panel for a vibratory machine includes a polymer layer comprising a resilient material and defining a plurality of panel apertures extending through the polymer layer from an upper screening surface to a bottom surface of the polymer layer, each of the plurality of panel apertures defining an aperture perimeter. The screen panel includes a reinforcing structure having a top surface that supports at least a portion of the bottom surface of the polymer layer, wherein the reinforcing structure is positioned under the polymer layer along only a portion of the aperture perimeter of each of the plurality of panel apertures.

    Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods for providing a screening surface in a vibratory machine are provided. In one example embodiment, a screening system includes a plurality of bucker bar covers. Each bucker bar cover is adapted to fit over one of a plurality of bucker bars. Each bucker bar cover can have one or more recesses. The system further includes a plurality of panel fastening members (e.g., panel fastening straps, panel fastening shrouds, etc.). Each panel fastening member is adapted to extend across the plurality of bucker bar covers in one of the one or more recesses of the bucker bar covers. Each panel fastening member can have a fastening feature. The system can further include a plurality of screen panels. Each screen panel can have a fastening recess having a shape adapted to engage with the fastening feature of one of the panel fastening members.

    Abstract: A trommel assembly includes a trommel frame, a plurality of screen panels mounted to the trommel frame to define a material processing channel configured for receipt of screening material, and a gate assembly mounted to the plurality of screen panels. The gate assembly extends into the material processing channel along a radial direction and includes a plurality of circumferential dams that extend substantially along a circumferential direction and are spaced apart along an axial direction to define a plurality of screening stages. The gate assembly further includes a plurality of transfer gates extending at a transfer angle relative to the circumferential direction between adjacent dams of the plurality of circumferential dams, wherein the plurality of transfer gates connect the plurality of screening stages such that rotating the trommel assembly advances the screening material through the material processing channel.
