Abstract: The present application provides a volumetric measuring method and apparatus based on a TOF depth camera, which is achieved by: acquiring depth images; denoising the depth images; selecting a first feature area of the first depth image and a second feature area of the second depth image that have been denoised respectively, traversing each pixel point in the first feature area at multiple traversal speeds, and matching a first depth value of a current pixel point with a second depth value of a target pixel point corresponding to the current pixel point in the second feature area to acquire multiple total similarity values; determining a traversal speed corresponding to a maximum total similarity value as an instantaneous speed at a current moment; calculating a package volume according to the instantaneous speed. The present application effectively solves the problem that an accurate package volume cannot be obtained when a speed of the conveyor belt is not fixed, and high in feasibility.

Abstract: A process equipment system of hydraulic oil circuit blocks and an automated production line thereof, which relates to the field of mechanical processing technology. In view of the problem of low production efficiency in the positioning and processing of hydraulic oil circuit blocks, based on the six-point positioning principle, the workpiece is achieved the six-point positioning by the support components, positioning devices, and clamping devices on the upper layer of the base. The clamping device is capable to move along the chain, so as to adjust and change the clamping position, and can achieve processing five surfaces through one-time clamping of oil circuit blocks, improving positioning accuracy and processing efficiency, meeting the needs of automated production.

Abstract: A frustum embedded fabricated composite protective structure is provided, including a restraint frame, a back plate, an infill block and a buffer block. The restraint frame is provided with a plurality of mounting holes matching with the shape of the infill block, the restraint frame is arranged on the back plate, the infill block is in a frustum shape. The buffer block and the infill block are installed in the mounting hole of the restraint frame, the buffer block is arranged on the smaller end of the infill block, and the infill block is wedged into the mounting hole of the restraint frame through a wedge surface mating. Because this protective structure is assembled by multiple restraint frames and infill blocks, under the prestress restraint of partition blocks, the damage range after penetration or explosion will be significantly reduced, and it can withstand multiple blows.

Abstract: A processing device for film cooling holes on blade of aviation engine includes a working box. A workpiece clamping mechanism is arranged in the working box for holding the workpiece. A cover body having an internal space communicated with an internal space of the working box is connected to an upper part of the working box. A laser processing mechanism is connected to a top end of the cover body and can produce laser rays to carry out laser processing on the workpiece. The cover body is connected to a liquid supply mechanism and an acid gas filtration mechanism. The liquid supply mechanism can spray an acidic solution to the workpiece in the working box, and the working box can collect the acidic solution. The acid gas filtration mechanism can filter acid steam produced during processing. A working method of the processing device is also provided.

Abstract: The reusable SERS molecular test device includes two glass sheets, wherein a noble metal nano film is deposited on the surface of one of the glass sheets to form an SERS substrate, a metal ring is formed by depositing on an edge region of the SERS substrate by means of a coating process, and the metal ring fits with the SERS substrate to form a two-dimensional air chamber; and the other glass sheet, on which molecules under test are adsorbed and immobilized, is placed upside down on the metal ring, the thickness of the layer of the molecules under test being not greater than the thickness of the metal ring. The SERS molecular test device can fundamentally prevent the SERS substrate from being irreversibly contaminated by the molecules under test, so that the SERS substrate can be used in a cleaning-free and reusable manner.

Abstract: A microbial preparation and a method for remedying a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)-contaminated soil are disclosed. The microbial preparation contains Pseudomonas sp. In the soil remediation method, an oxidizing agent is added to the PAHs-contaminated soil for pre-oxidation treatment, where the oxidizing agent is selected from the group consisting of Fenton's reagent, hydrogen peroxide, sodium persulfate, potassium permanganate, and a combination thereof; a carbon source or a nitrogen source added to reach a carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of 100:5-20, and the microbial preparation is introduced for microbial remediation, where the carbon source is selected from the group consisting of glucose, fructose, sucrose, starch, and a combination thereof; and the nitrogen source is selected from the group consisting of ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate, and a combination thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ERT/ECT dual-modality combined three-dimensional sensor. A cover box is sheathed with a shielding box, a plurality of small round holes are formed in the top surface and the side surfaces of the cover box, ERT electrodes are arranged in the small round holes, and ECT electrodes are arranged at the outer sides of the ERT electrodes. The ERT electrodes are connected to an ERT data acquisition box via electrode leads, and the ECT electrodes are connected to an ECT data acquisition box via the electrode leads. An integrated cuboid design in line with the concrete structure is employed. Meanwhile, the dimensions, combination modes, placement modes and positions, supporting structures, shielding devices, electrode leads and leading-out modes of two sets of electrode arrays are subjected to comprehensive optimization design to achieve three-dimensional visual nondestructive monitoring of the moisture intrusion process in the concrete structure.
