Abstract: At least one computing device generates a configuration file associated with a module of a software system for use in extracting data from the module in the software system according to a specification. The configuration file is provided to the customer system using a module identity. Extracted data is received from the customer system. Testing relating to the functionality of the customer system is performed on at least some of the received extracted data, and a result of the testing is associated with the customer system using the module identity.

Abstract: Techniques and solutions are provided for identifying relationships between data objects. In particular, the present disclosure provides techniques that can identify data objects that are related to data objects in a lineage graph, as well as being useable to identify relationships between existing lineage graph data objects. A lineage data object is compared with a candidate data object. For example, attribute types, attribute values, or information regarding such attribute types or values can be compared between the lineage data object and the candidate data object. If it is determined that a relationship criterion is satisfied, a relationship can be established or suggested between the lineage data object and the candidate data object. A display is rendered that displays a lineage graph with the relationship between the lineage data object and the candidate data object. A user can define an edge between the lineage data object and the candidate data object.

Abstract: System, method, and various embodiments for conversation resource deallocation system are described herein. An embodiment operates by initiating a conversation between a chat bot and a user device, allocating a plurality of resources to maintain the conversation, and generating both a state entry and master entry for the conversation in a storage system, whereby the state entry is associated with a timeout period for the conversation. A first list of all master entries and a second list of master entries for which a corresponding one of the state entry is retrieved. A third list of the master entries for which the timeout period has expired is generated based on the first and second lists. Based on the third list, it is determine that the conversation has exceeded the timeout period, and the resources are deallocated.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including medium-encoded computer program products for recovery procedures on a multiple availability zone cloud platform include: executing requests from a red button agent to a red button service to obtain red flag statuses that are relevant for outages of components defined for a cloud platform, wherein the red button agent is installed at a first cloud component instance running at a first zone of the cloud platform including multiple availability zones; in response to receiving a red flag status from the red button service for the first cloud component instance, determining that the first cloud component instance is associated with an outage; and executing a recovery procedure for the first cloud component instance.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for outputting a migration note. An embodiment operates by receiving a note, wherein the note is a solution for an incident. The embodiment then extracts incident data associated with the received note, wherein the incident data comprises a description of the incident. The embodiment then calculates, based on the description of the incident, a degree of proximity between the extracted incident data and labeled-incident data, wherein the labeled-incident data indicates whether the labeled-incident data is related to a migration incident. The embodiment then determines that the extracted incident data is related to the migration incident based on the calculated degree of proximity. The embodiment then extracts, from a plurality of notes, the migration note associated with the extracted incident data, and outputs the migration note.

Abstract: The disclosure generally describes methods, software, and systems for re-architecting an existing software product provided as a service. A user input specifying current databases used for an old software product version is received. The user input includes a definition of a target persistency layout including databases assigned for storing a new software product version, the old software product version including one or more database tables and the new software product version including an adjustment to the one or more database tables to generate one or more target database tables. Sizes of the one or more database tables are read from a catalog of a database. A migration assessment of the new software product version is generated based on the sizes of the one or more database tables. A migration test of the one or more database tables is executed using the migration assessment to generate migration test results. An updated adjustment to the one or more database tables is provided based on the migration test results.

Abstract: A system associated with an enterprise computing environment infrastructure may include a chaos testing tool data store that contains a plurality of electronic records, each record including a chaos engineering fault parameter. A computer processor of a chaos testing tool may receive, from a chaos testing user, injection information associated with an element of the enterprise computing environment infrastructure. The chaos testing tool may then access the chaos engineering fault parameter from the chaos testing tool data store and automatically arrange to inject a chaos engineering fault into operation of the element of the enterprise computing environment infrastructure in accordance with the injection information and the chaos fault parameter. A response of the element of the enterprise computing environment infrastructure may then be measured subsequent to said injection, and the system may output an indication of the measured response to the chaos testing user.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method may comprise obtaining thresholds for metrics for microservices, injecting metadata comprising the thresholds for each microservice into a pod within which the microservice is running, obtaining the metrics for the microservices, obtaining the corresponding metadata from the pod within which each microservice is running, determining that one of the thresholds for one of the microservices has been violated using the metadata of the microservice obtained from the corresponding pod of the microservice and the corresponding set of metrics for the microservice, and sending an alert to an electronic destination based on the determining that the threshold for the microservice has been violated. The alert may indicate that the threshold for the microservice has been violated.
