    Abstract: A protection element for vapor chamber includes a main body and a protection element. The main body is divided into a working zone and a sealing zone. The sealing zone is located around an outer periphery of the working zone and is provided with a notch area, to which a fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is connected. The protection element is correspondingly mounted to the notch area to contact with the sealing zone of the main body. With the arrangement of the protection element, the fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is protected against collision and impact and accordingly, the main body of the vapor chamber is protected against vacuum and working fluid leakage.

    Abstract: A protection element for heat dissipation unit includes a main body and a protection element. The main body is divided into a working zone and a sealing zone. The sealing zone is located around an outer periphery of the working zone and is provided with a notch area, to which a fluid-adding and air-evacuating pipe is connected. The protection element is a ductile structure correspondingly arranged at the notch area to contact with the sealing zone of the main body and the pipe. A flange is disposed along an outer periphery of the main body. The water-filling section has a water-filling notch and a water-filling passage. Two ends of the water-filling passage are respectively connected with the flange and the water-filling notch to communicate with the airtight chamber. A portion of the water-filling passage that is connected with the flange is pressed to have a height equal to the height of the flange or lower than the height of the flange. The capillary structure is disposed in the airtight chamber of the main body.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation unit connection reinforcement structure includes a case, at least one reinforcement structure and at least one heat pipe. The case has a case chamber and at least one opening formed through a top side of the case in communication with the case chamber. The reinforcement structure has a reinforcement main body correspondingly disposed on the opening. The reinforcement main body has a connection hole in communication with the case chamber. The heat pipe has a heat pipe chamber. One end of the heat pipe is inserted in the corresponding connection hole. The heat pipe chamber is in communication with the case chamber.     Abstract: A thermal module includes a copper base seat, at least one U-shaped aluminum heat pipe, an aluminum radiating fin assembly and a copper embedding layer. The copper base seat has a heat absorption side and a heat conduction side. The heat absorption side or the heat conduction side is recessed to form at least one first heat pipe receiving channel. The U-shaped aluminum heat pipe has a horizontal section as a heat absorption section and two vertical sections as condensation sections. The heat absorption section is positioned in the first heat pipe receiving channel. The aluminum radiating fin assembly has multiple radiating fins. The copper embedding layer is disposed on a surface of the heat absorption section of the U-shaped aluminum heat pipe. By means of the copper embedding layer, two different materials can be directly welded.

    Abstract: An anti-pressure structure of heat dissipation device includes a main body. The main body has a chamber and a bent section. The chamber has a top side and a bottom side. An anti-pressure member is disposed in the chamber at the bent section. A capillary structure is disposed on the bottom side of the chamber. Two sides of the anti-pressure member respectively abut against the top side of the chamber and a surface of the capillary structure. A working fluid is filled in the chamber. By means of the anti-pressure member, the internal vapor chamber with a bending R angle in the main body is prevented from deformation, contraction or damage due to bending.
