    Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for supervising and monitoring the delivery of a package to a property. In some implementations, shipment data indicating a package to be delivered at the property and identification information for a first person is obtained. A request for a second person to access the property and deliver the package that includes identification information for the second person is received. Identification information for the first person is compared to the identification information for the second person. Access to the property is provided to the second person. Sensor data generated by one or more sensors that are located throughout the property and while providing access to the property is obtained and analyzed. A determination of whether the second person delivered the package to the property is made based on analyzing the sensor data. Data indicating the determination is provided for output.

    Abstract: A monitoring system that is configured to monitor a property is disclosed. The monitoring system includes a passive infrared (PIR) sensor configured to generate reference PIR data that represents motion within an area of the property; an auxiliary sensor configured to generate auxiliary sensor data that represents an attribute of the area of the property; and a motion sensor device. The motion sensor device is configured to: obtain the reference PIR data; determine that a first set of motion detection criteria is satisfied by the reference PIR data; in response to determining that the first set of motion detection criteria is satisfied by the reference PIR data, obtain the auxiliary sensor data; obtain a second set of motion detection criteria based on the reference PIR data and the auxiliary sensor data; and determine whether the second set of motion detection criteria is satisfied by additional PIR data.

In some implementations, a scene is obtained, a shape of an element in a ground plane shown in the images of the scene is identified, user input that defines a shape of a region of interest used in a video rule is obtained, that the shape of the region satisfies a reshape criteria based on the shape of the element in the ground plane shown in the images of the scene is determined, and a reshaped region based on the shape of the element in the ground plane shown in the images of the scene is determined.

    Abstract: Method and system for wild animal deterrence, the method includes obtaining video data by a monitor camera of a home wildlife deterrence system; classifying, based on the obtained video data, an object in the video data as a particular type of a wild animal; selecting an action to perform based on the particular type of the wild animal that the object is classified as; and triggering the action to be performed.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for semi-supervised training of an object recognition model. The methods, systems, and apparatus include a monitoring system including a camera located at a property and configured to generate images and one or more computers and one or more storage devices storing instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform actions of determining a cluster of images meets a threshold for number of included images and a threshold for cluster tightness. A representative image of the cluster is selected and a query including the representative image of the cluster is provided. User feedback responsive to the query is received and an object recognition model is updated based on the user feedback.
