Abstract:
An electrode structure for a liquid crystal display includes a layer of pixel electrodes each having a herringbone-shaped structure, a passivation layer and a layer of common electrodes. The pixel electrodes are formed in parallel above the common electrodes. The herringbone-shaped structure of a pixel electrode has a predefined turning angle between 45 degrees to 90 degrees. The pixel electrode structure allows the liquid crystals in the display to rotate in two directions, clockwise and counterclockwise, to compensate for the color dispersion caused by a wide viewing angle.
Abstract:
An improved structure of necktie hanger consists of a seat board with mortises, a plurality of short rods with tenons, and a plurality of snap leaves with holes. After the tenons insert through the holes, the seatboard and rods can be tenon-and-mortise jointed. Then neckties can be easily hung on the hanger and clamped by the snap leaves but not easy to slip down sideways.

The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display (LCD) device. The LCD device comprises an upper substrate and a lower substrate. Every two data lines and two scan lines define two pixels. Each pixel comprises a pixel electrode and a transistor, and a biased electrode is arranged under a slot between two pixel electrodes of the two pixels. When positive frame, the voltage of the biased electrode, VE, is greater than the voltage the pixel electrode, VP; when negative frame, the voltage of the biased electrode, VE, is smaller than the voltage the pixel electrode, VP.

A multifunctional foldable hanger, comprising: two wings of elongated shape, each having a front surface, which are connected by a hinge-joint, such that the two wings are foldable to be parallel next to each other and the two wings are unfoldable to form a hanger for clothes, each of the wings on the front surface being provided with a vertical groove, the first of the two wings being provided with a fixing hole on the lower side close to the front surface; and a fixing device, further comprising a guiding support, which is accommodated by the vertical grooves, attached to the second of the two wings, and which has a glide hole bored through along the axis, a rod inserted into the glide hole and gliding therein, an upper hook, attached to the upper end of the rod, and a lower hook on the lower end of the rod, the lower hook being inserted into the hole in the first wing, when the two wings are unfolded.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel has a structure in which one of the thin film transistor (TFT) substrate and the color filter (CF) substrate has an indented pattern surface to contact or surround the end of the spacer, such that the friction between the spacers and indented pattern surface can be reduced, thus shifting of spacer to a wrong position can be avoided. A method of manufacturing such LCD panel is also disclosed.

A display device includes a display panel and a driving circuit. The display panel has a pixel including red, green, blue, and white sub-pixels. The driving circuit receives a display signal and provides at least a first luminance weighting and a second luminance weighting of the red, green, blue, and white sub-pixels respectively. The display device selects one of the first luminance weighting and the second luminance weighting to drive the pixel according to the different operating modes of the display device.

The present invention provides an over driving circuit of a liquid crystal display is provided. The circuit comprises a buffer, a memory coupling with the buffer and a modifier coupling with the buffer, the memory and a signal line. This signal line is used to transfer a row number signal to the modifier. The modifier may generate a corrected gray level value to a pixel unit based on a gray level value of present frame from the buffer, a gray level value of previous frame from the memory and the row number signal.
