    Abstract: A calibration circuit board for an antenna. The calibration circuit board may include: a first metal layer configured to be grounded; a first substrate over the first metal layer; a second substrate over the first substrate; and a plurality of couplers. Each coupler may include: a transmission line provided with an input port and an output port at both ends thereof, respectively; and a coupling line coupled with the transmission line and including two first portions respectively located at both sides of the transmission line, and a second portion connected between the two first portions. The coupling lines may be connected in series to provide a first calibration port and a second calibration port. One of the transmission lines and the coupling lines may be between the first substrate and the second substrate, and the other of the transmission lines and the coupling lines may be over the second substrate.

    Abstract: A calibration device for an antenna includes a dielectric substrate and a metal pattern printed on the dielectric substrate. The metal pattern includes at least a portion of a calibration circuit, where a first portion of the calibration circuit is on a first major surface of the dielectric substrate, a second portion of the calibration circuit is on an opposed second major surface of the dielectric substrate. The first portion and/or the second portion of the calibration circuit may be constructed as coplanar waveguide transmission lines.

    Abstract: An integrated base station antenna comprises a passive antenna and an active antenna installed behind the passive antenna. The active antenna comprises a reflecting plate and an array of radiating elements extending forward from the reflecting plate. The passive antenna includes an array of metal tuning elements that tune the array of radiating elements, where the array of metal tuning elements us positioned in front of the array of radiating elements of the active antenna, and where a longitudinal axis of at least some of the metal tuning elements extend at an angle between 70° and 110° with respect to a plane defined by the reflecting plate.

    Abstract: A dipole antenna includes a feed line, first and second microstrip probes, a first signal transmission line coupled to the feed line and to the first microstrip probe, and a second signal transmission line coupled to the feed line and to the second microstrip probe. The first signal transmission line includes a first transmission line including a first signal conductor and a first ground conductor and a second transmission line including a second signal conductor and a second ground conductor.     Abstract: A multi-band radiating array includes a planar reflector, first radiating elements defining a first column on the planar reflector, second radiating elements defining a second column on the planar reflector alongside the first column, and third radiating elements interspersed between the second radiating elements in the second column. The first radiating elements have a first operating frequency range, the second radiating elements have a second operating frequency range that is lower than the first operating frequency range, and the third radiating elements have a third, narrowband operating frequency range that is higher than the second operating frequency range but lower than the first operating frequency range. Respective capacitors are coupled between elongated arm segments and an elongated stalk of the third radiating elements, and a common mode resonance of the third radiating elements is present in a lower frequency range than the second operating frequency range.
