The present invention relates to a soft actuator moving linearly against external stimuli whose expansion and contraction can be actively controlled, suggesting that the actuator of the invention overcomes the problems of the conventional soft actuators, The soft actuator of the present invention can be repetitively driven quickly and accurately by controlling heating and cooling by using thermoelectric effect and, the soft actuator of the present invention can realize bending, tensioning, compression, and rotational driving of a tubular device containing a driver.

Particularly, the present invention provides a fuel cell based life jacket that can utilize electricity, heat and water generated during the operation of a fuel cell as a power source of a life extension tool and a personal location beacon. The fuel cell based life jacket of the present invention comprises a fuel cell unit for supplying electricity, a hydrogen fuel supply unit for storing and supplying the hydrogen fuel required for the fuel cell unit to generate electricity, a signal output unit for transmitting a signal using the electricity generated by the fuel cell unit, and a heat generating unit for recovering and transferring the heat generated in the fuel cell unit, wherein the hydrogen fuel supply unit generates hydrogen by using a hydrogen generation composition.

More particularly, there are provided a method and a system of pallet packing that generate information on a 3D loading position of each article by using identification information of the pallet and each article and depth information for a whole area of the pallet acquired through a depth measurement sensor and a method for providing information on a loading shape of all articles or a state in which a specific article is loaded by using loading information of the article generated through the method.

The apparatus includes: a detection unit for detecting moving information of a boomerang including a plurality of wings; a movement prediction unit for generating movement prediction information of the boomerang by using the detected moving information; and a control unit for controlling an angular velocity of a rotation shaft connected to the plurality of wings or a flap angle of the plurality of wings of the boomerang according to the generated movement prediction information. Accordingly, the boomerang may accurately move to a target place by controlling flight of the boomerang by using moving information of the boomerang. Also, a flight distance of the boomerang may be increased by switching a flight state from non-power flight to powered flight.
