    Abstract: A magnetic element includes a magnetic core and a winding. The magnetic core includes a first and second magnetic cover disposed oppositely, and at least one first magnetic column, at least one second magnetic column and at least one common magnetic column disposed between the first and second magnetic covers. The winding includes at least one first winding wound around at least one first magnetic column, and at least one second winding wound around at least one said second magnetic column. A first differential mode inductor is formed with the first winding, the first magnetic column, the first magnetic cover, the common magnetic column and the second magnetic cover. A power inductor or a power transformer is formed with the second winding, the second magnetic column, the first magnetic cover, the common magnetic column and the second magnetic cover.

The core structure includes at least one inductor column and at least two transformer columns. The at least one inductor winding respectively winds around the at least one inductor column. The at least two transformer windings, wind around the at least two transformer columns respectively, and the transformer winding includes primary winding and secondary winding. Wherein the magnetic flax directions on adjacent transformer columns are opposite to each other when providing a current in the corresponding primary windings simultaneously.

    Abstract: An isolated resonant converter is provided, including a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, and an integrated magnetic element. The integrated magnetic element includes a first side winding, a second side winding and a spaced groove provided between the first side winding and the second side winding. And the spaced groove stores leakage inductance energy, thereby forming at least part of resonant inductance required. Therefore, a number and volume of magnetic elements in the resonant converter are reduced.

    Abstract: A bidirectional isolated resonant converter includes a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a resonant inductor, an isolated transformer and a second capacitor. The first resonant capacitor, the resonant inductor and a first side winding of the isolated transformer are connected in series. A second side winding of the isolated transformer and the second capacitor are connected in series. The resonant inductor and the isolated transformer are integrated into an integrated magnetic component, wherein a magnetic core of the integrated magnetic component includes an inductor magnetic core portion on which an inductor winding is wound, a transformer magnetic core portion on which the first side winding and the second side winding are wound, and a common magnetic core portion shared by the resonant inductor and the isolated transformer to form closed magnetic paths, respectively.

    Abstract: A power supply module having two output voltages includes an inductor module and a main board. The inductor module includes a first magnetic core, a second magnetic core, an intermediate magnetic core disposed therebetween, a first winding and a second winding. The first winding is disposed on one of a magnetic column of the first magnetic core and a magnetic column of the intermediate magnetic core to form a first inductor. The second winding is disposed on one of a magnetic column of the second magnetic core and a magnetic column of the intermediate magnetic core to form a second inductor. There is no air gap at a portion of the intermediate magnetic core where magnetic paths of the first and second inductors pass through together. The inductor module is disposed on the main board. The first winding and the second winding are electrically connected with the main board.
