Abstract: An electronic connector comprises a housing and a printed circuit board. The housing defines an opening therein. The printed circuit board is mounted in the housing. The printed circuit board has a front portion located within the opening of the housing and a rear portion attached to the housing. A USB3.0 port interface and an eSATA port interface are provided at the front portion of the printed circuit board. A terminal section is provided at the rear portion of the printed circuit board. The terminal section includes a plurality of connecting pads. The two interfaces are electrically connected with the connecting pads via a plurality of conducting traces. Thereby, the USB port interface or the eSATA port interface can be individually selected for data transmission, and electrical coupling between differential signal pairs can be reduced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a connector, wherein a connector is defined with an opening for connecting a USB connector. The connector is mainly assembled from a hollow casing, a first base and a second base, and two rear side walls of the hollow casing are respectively formed with a position fixing portion extending away from the opening. Moreover, after fixedly combining together the first base and the second base, two sides thereof are respectively formed with a guiding portion, which enable fixing portions extending from two sides of a printed circuit tongue to effect sliding inserted disposition. After assembly of the bases with the printed circuit tongue, then the fixing portions enable fastening to the position fixing portions. Accordingly, the bases not only enable achieving the objective of product customization, but also retaining positioning of the connector is enabled to prevent errors from occurring due to displacement.

Abstract: A connection device includes an electrical engagement structure. The connection device includes a connector and a printed circuit board (PCB) based tongue. The PCB based tongue is received and retained in the connector and has a distal end extending toward an open-cavity plug receiving side of the connector in such a way that side edges of the tongue are spaced from corresponding inner walls of the connector. As such, the connector is made compatible to various buses through the PCB based tongue that include contacts that are selectively arranged to correspond to the buses.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a connector, which includes a printed circuit tongue, and one surface of the printed circuit tongue is defined with a plurality of first printed areas and second printed areas which are joined to terminals. Elastic terminal pieces extend from the first printed areas and assembled on the printed circuit tongue, and third printed areas similarly extend from the second printed areas and defined on the printed circuit tongue. Moreover, fourth printed areas are defined on another surface of the printed circuit tongue, and fifth printed areas extend from the fourth printed areas and defined on the printed circuit tongue. Accordingly, the present invention enables achieving a connector that is tough and strong, the manufacturing process of which is simple and fast, and the wire layout is simple.
