    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for communicating elements between multi-link devices are disclosed. Apparatuses of a multi-link device (MLD) are disclosed, where the apparatuses comprise processing circuitry configured to encode a management frame, the management frame comprising a link information field, the link information field indicating a first link of the MLD for which management information is applicable and configure a non-access point (AP) of the MLD or a station (STA) of the MUD to transmit the management frame on a second link of the MLD. The processing circuitry is further configured to decode a second management frame, the second management frame comprising a second link information field, the second link information field indicating a second link of the MLD for which second management information is applicable.

    Abstract: Provided herein are apparatus and methods for improving transmission efficiency of video content for Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi). An apparatus for a Wi-Fi device comprises a Radio Frequency (RF) interface and processing circuitry coupled with the RF interface. The processing circuitry is to encode a Medium Access Control (MAC) frame, to carry video content to be transmitted to one or more other Wi-Fi devices connected with the Wi-Fi device; encapsulate the MAC frame into a physical (PHY) frame, the PHY frame is to include an additional byte in a high-efficiency signal-A (HE-SIG-A) field, to indicate whether the MAC frame is encoded as an original MAC frame including one Frame Check Sequence (FCS) or a video content specific MAC frame including more than one FCSs; and transmit the PHY frame, via the RF interface, to the one or more other Wi-Fi devices.

    Abstract: For example, an Access Point (AP) may be configured to transmit a frame including a prioritized-access enabled/disabled field to indicate whether a prioritized-access contention mechanism is to be enabled or disabled over a wireless medium. For example, the prioritized-access contention mechanism may be configured to allow a prioritized station (STA) to transmit a reservation signal over the wireless medium at a reservation signal transmission time, and to contend the wireless medium according to a high-priority contention policy to obtain a Transmit Opportunity (TxOP) after transmission of the reservation signal. For example, the reservation signal transmission time may be based on an end of a predefined time duration from a start of a contention period. For example, the reservation signal may be configured to indicate a busy Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) to a receiving STA.

    Abstract: A non-AP STA of a multi-link device (STA MLD) may be configured to encode a multi-link (ML) probe request frame for transmission to an access point STA (AP) of an AP MLD comprising a plurality of affiliated APs. When the probe request frame is sent outside the context of active scanning, to discover an AP of the AP MLD the ML probe request frame may be encoded to have an Address 1 field set to a broadcast address and an Address 3 field set to a BSSID of the AP, or encoded to have the Address 1 field set to a basic service set identity (BSSID) of the AP's BS. The non-AP STA may refrain from transmitting the ML probe request frame to the AP of the AP MLD in a corresponding link when another non-AP STA of the AP MLD has already received a ML probe response that included complete information from any one of the APs of the AP MLD in any link.
