Abstract: One embodiment provides a method, including: obtaining a plurality of previously submitted application documents, wherein each of the previously submitted application documents comprises information provided by a user who initiated a given previously submitted application document; clustering the plurality of previously submitted application documents into clusters of application documents based upon topics of the previously submitted application documents; selecting a representative application document; identifying entities contained within a given representative application document, wherein each of the entities corresponds to information to be entered into a new application document created from the given representative application document; and engaging in a dialogue with a user to create the new application document utilizing a similar representative application document to request information from the user, wherein the similar representative application document comprises a representative application document of a cluster having a topic similar to a topic of the new application document.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for generating dialog system workspaces are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes obtaining (i) a set of policy documents and (ii) a set of initial questions; identifying at least one of the policy documents in the set of policy documents that is relevant to answering a given one of the initial questions in the set of initial questions; generating, based at least in part on an analysis of said identified policy document, (i) at least one follow-up question to said given initial question and (ii) two or more candidate answers to said at least one follow-up question; generating a dialog tree comprising at least (i) a parent node corresponding to the at least one follow-up question and (ii) child nodes corresponding to the two or more candidate answers; translating the dialog tree into a dialog workspace; and deploying the dialog workspace in an intelligent dialog system.

Abstract: Various systems and methods are presented herein regarding automatically identifying one or more entities to for assignment to resolving an issue and/or removing an entity from a group of entities assigned to resolve the issue. The issue can relate to an information technology/computer-based environment. The entities can be subject matter experts, having expertise identified to be related to the issue. A summary of the issue and activity relating to resolving the issue can be automatically generated and supplied to an entity who is being onboarded after the project is underway to resolve the issue. By implementing automated assignment/removal of entities, efficiency of the resolution is improved.

Abstract: An approach for generating actionable explanations of change request classifications may be presented. A model may generate features associated with a change request may be disclosed. The model may be trained with historical change requests that have been labeled risky or not risky. The change request may be classified as risky or not risky. Candidate historical change requests with the same classification as the change request and occupying similar feature space as the change request may be identified from a historical change request repository. One or more features which had the most significant impact on the classification may be identified. A candidate historical change request with at least one significant feature impacting classification may be identified.
