Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; a display medium layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a sensing electrode layer disposed on the first substrate; and an electrostatic releasing layer disposed on the second substrate, and a sheet resistance of the electrostatic releasing layer is 109-1012Ω/□. The present disclosure also discloses a touch display device using the said touch display panel.
