Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to multi-link operation. A device may configure a single N×N transmit (TX)/receive (RX) radio to a plurality of 1×1 TX/RX radios, where N is a positive integer. The device may monitor a first channel of a plurality of channels to determine its availability. The device may monitor a second channel of the plurality of channels to determine its availability. The device may identify a first control frame received from an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) on the second channel. The device may cause to send a second control frame to the AP MLD on the second channel. The device may configure back to a single N×N TX/RX radio to receive a data frame.

Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, apparatus, and systems related to enhanced Bluetooth triggering of device Wi-Fi radios. A device may determine a first Bluetooth data packet including transport data and an indication of a Wi-Fi service discovery, the transport data including a first sub-field and a second sub-field, the first sub-field indicating a length of the second sub-field, and the second sub-field indicating one or more Wi-Fi services supported by the device. A Bluetooth radio of the device may send the first Bluetooth data packet including an indication of a Wi-Fi service. The device may identify a second Bluetooth data packet received by the Bluetooth radio from a second device, the second Bluetooth data packet indicating that the Wi-Fi service is supported by the second device. The device may use a Wi-Fi radio to send one or more Wi-Fi frames associated with the Wi-Fi service to the second device.

Abstract: For example, a wireless communication device may be configured to, while communicating via a first radio of the wireless communication device over a first network connection in a first WLAN over a first wireless communication frequency band, identify a second WLAN over a second wireless communication frequency band for Concurrent Multiple Band (CMB) network access, the second wireless communication frequency band different from the first wireless communication frequency band; based on identifying the second WLAN, to automatically transmit from a second radio of the wireless communication device user credentials to establish a second network connection with the second WLAN over the second wireless communication frequency band, the second network connection concurrent with the first network connection; and to concurrently communicate over the first and second network connections by routing to the first and second radios a plurality of application streams corresponding to one or more applications.

Abstract: Embodiments of an access point (AP), station (STA) and method of communication are generally described herein. The STA may determine a portion of a channel occupied by an incumbent device. The STA may refrain from communication in a first subset of resource units (RUs) that overlap the portion of the channel occupied by the incumbent device. The STA may determine a combined RU that comprises two or more RUs of a second subset of RUs that do not overlap the portion of the channel occupied by the incumbent device. The STA may encode a physical layer convergence procedure protocol data unit (PPDU) for transmission in the combined RU. The PPDU may be encoded in accordance with joint coding across the RUs of the combined RU.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and computer-readable media are described to detect, by processing circuitry of a station (STA), a communication link (e.g., of a primary connectivity radio) of the STA is unavailable. A wake-up radio (WUR) packet is encoded for transmission to a second STA based on unavailability of the communication link. The WUR packet includes a command to enable a wireless hotspot of the second STA. A beacon signal received from the second STA is decoded. The beacon signal includes a service set identifier (SSID) of the wireless hotspot enabled by the second STA. A data packet is encoded for transmission to the second STA based on the SSID of the wireless hotspot.

The apparatus comprising processing circuitry configured to: gain access to a first 10 MHz channel and to a second 10 MHz channel, and encode a physical layer (PHY) protocol data unit (PPDU) for transmission over a bonded channel, the bonded channel comprising the first 10 MHz channel and the second 10 MHz channel, where the PPDU is encoded to comprise a legacy preamble portion to be transmitted on the first 10 MHz channel and a repeated legacy preamble portion to be transmitted on the second 10 MHz channel, the PPDU further including a non-legacy portion, the non-legacy portion comprising a non-legacy signal field indicating a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) used to encode a data portion of the non-legacy portion, the data portion to be transmitted on the bonded channel.

Abstract: This disclosure generally relates to methods, systems, and devices for enhanced negotiation protocol for triggered peer to peer (P2P) communications. A device may send a downlink frame including a first indication of a triggered direct peer-to-peer capability. The device may identify an uplink frame received from a station device. The device may determine that the uplink frame includes a second indication of the triggered direct peer-to-peer capability. The device may send a trigger frame during a transmission opportunity associated with the device, the trigger frame including a third indication of the triggered direct peer-to-peer capability.
