Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a driving transistor placed on the base, a first insulating layer placed on the driving transistor, a cathode electrode placed on the first insulating layer, an organic layer including a light-emitting layer placed on the cathode electrode, an anode electrode that covers the organic layer, a second insulating layer placed on the first insulating layer and having an opening superposed on the cathode electrode, and a barrier wall placed on the second insulating layer. The anode electrode is electrically connected to the driving transistor through a first contact hole formed in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer.

Abstract: A pressing force sensor includes a sensor area, individual electrodes arranged in a matrix in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction in the sensor area, a common electrode opposed to the individual electrodes, first spacers arranged between the individual electrodes and the common electrode and overlapping the individual electrodes, and second spacers disposed in the sensor area and formed of a different material from the first spacers. With that arrangement, the dynamic range of the pressing force sensor is increased.

Abstract: A force sensor includes: a sensor sheet having a first surface and a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface; a substrate facing the first surface; a first adhesive layer interposed between the substrate and the sensor sheet and made of an anisotropic conductive material; and a plurality of array electrodes interposed between the substrate and the first adhesive layer and separated from each other.
