    Abstract: A wiring substrate includes a substrate, an insulating film stacked on the substrate, an anode pad stacked on a first surface of the insulating film and electrically coupled to an anode of an inorganic light-emitting diode, a cathode pad stacked on the first surface of the insulating film and electrically coupled to a cathode of the inorganic light-emitting diode, and an auxiliary pad provided to the first surface of the insulating film and having electrical conductivity. The auxiliary pad is disposed in a floating state near an end of the anode pad and the cathode pad.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including panel terminals; and a wiring substrate including first substrate terminals coupled to the panel terminals. The panel terminals include panel terminals arranged in a first region and panel terminals arranged in second regions sandwiching the first region. The first substrate terminals include first substrate terminals arranged in a third region and first substrate terminals arranged in fourth regions sandwiching the third region. A gap between panel terminals is substantially constant in the first and second regions. A first width of the panel terminals in the first region is different from a second width of the panel terminals in the second regions. A width of the first substrate terminals is substantially constant in the third and fourth regions. A first gap between first substrate terminals in the third region is different from a second gap between first substrate terminals in the fourth regions.

    Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of pixels in matrix, a substrate on which the plurality of pixels are formed, and a support member under the substrate. The substrate is arranged on a front surface of the support member and a plurality of recesses are formed on a rear surface of the support member. Each of the substrate and the support member is formed in substantially rectangular shape and has a first side, a second side, a third side facing to the first side, and a fourth side facing to the second side. Each of the plurality of recesses extends in a first direction extending substantially in parallel to the first side and the third side.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first substrate including an electrode, a second substrate overlaid on the first substrate, an optical sheet overlaid on the second substrate, a conductive member located between the second substrate and the optical sheet, and a connecting member making electric connection between the conductive member and the electrode. The first substrate includes a first region overlaid on the second substrate, and a second region extending more than the second substrate and including the electrode. The second substrate includes a substrate end portion located on a boundary between the first region and the second region and extending along a first direction. The connecting member is in contact with the electrode and the conductive member.
