Abstract: Provided is a sensor module including a plurality of sensor electrodes, a plurality of sensor wirings, a plurality of auxiliary electrodes, and a driver circuit. The plurality of sensor electrodes is arranged in a matrix having first to mth rows and first to nth columns. The plurality of sensor wirings is respectively connected to the plurality of sensor electrodes. The plurality of auxiliary electrodes is respectively connected to the plurality of sensor electrodes and extends from the plurality of sensor electrodes in a direction opposite to the direction in which the plurality of sensor wirings extends from the plurality of sensor electrodes. The driver circuit is connected to the plurality of sensor wirings and is configured to obtain sensor values of the plurality of sensor electrodes on the basis of potential fluctuations of the plurality of sensor electrodes.

Abstract: An input detection system includes a detection device including a plurality of sensor electrodes arrayed in a detection region, an input support device including an LC circuit, a first electrode coupled to one end side of the LC circuit, and a second electrode coupled to another end side of the LC circuit, and a control circuit including a drive signal supply circuit supplying a drive signal to the sensor electrodes and an adjustment circuit coupled to the sensor electrodes. The adjustment circuit adjusts a circuit constant that is added to a capacitance between the sensor electrode and the first electrode or the second electrode facing the sensor electrode.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a sensor device includes a touch panel, an input device configured such that a resonant circuit including first and second conductive materials, a magnetic field generation source disposed at a position overlapping the touch panel, and a sensor controller. Each of the first and second conductive materials is capacitively coupled to at least one of a plurality of electrodes included in the touch panel. The resonant circuit is electromagnetically coupled to the magnetic field generation source so as to resonate based on a magnetic field. The sensor controller detects positions of the first and second conductive materials on the touch panel by applying a voltage to each of the plurality of electrodes.
