    Abstract: An electrical outlet box and/or assembly is attachable to a wall or ceiling stud. The assembly in one embodiment includes an outlet box having a perimetrical side wall, a back wall and open front face defining a box interior. The assembly may also include a communications frame. A mounting bracket is integrally formed with the box and extends from the side wall. The mounting bracket includes, integrally formed therewith, an attachment structure for directly securing the bracket to the stud and positionally fixing the bracket without the use of additional securement hardware. The bracket may be a U-shaped member having a planar face abutting the face of the stud and a pair of spaced apart arms extending therefrom for engagement with opposite sides of the stud. The assembly may also support more than one box/frame. The box and frame may be supported on either side of the bracket.

    Abstract: A system and method for discovering and connecting to a preferred remote Bluetooth device by a local Bluetooth device. An inquiry scan cache and a page scan cache are maintained. The inquiry scan cache is updated by way of a periodic inquiry scan. The page scan cache is refreshed by way of an attempt to connect to the preferred remote Bluetooth device. Periodically, and more frequently than the periodic inquiry scan, a list of available remote Bluetooth devices is formed from entries in the inquiry scan cache concatenated with each entry in the page scan cache for which a page scan is successful. In one embodiment, the page scan cache holds a finite number of entries, and an expiration policy is applied to each added entry. In another embodiment, the inquiry scan cache is also updated when a remote Bluetooth device attempts to connect to the local Bluetooth device.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a waste water heat recovering unit for preheating cold fresh water with already heated water, comprising a cleaning liquid tank (9) for collecting warm cleaning liquid, an intermediate tank (10) which is connected via a pipe (101) with the cleaning liquid tank (9), a pump (8) arranged in the pipe (101) which conveys at least part of the warm cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid tank (9) into the intermediate tank (10), and a heat exchanger (4) which is connected, on the one hand, via a fresh water pipe (14) equipped with a volume controlling valve (1) to a fresh water connection for cold water and, on the other hand, to the intermediate tank (10) containing the warm cleaning liquid, a drain valve (12) being provided at the outlet of the heat exchanger (4) in the cleaning liquid guidance so that there flows through the heat exchanger (4) either substantially the same volume of cold fresh water as warm cleaning liquid from the intermediate tank (10), or only warm cleaning liquid with additional clear rinsing solution. In a second embodiment of a waste water heat recovering unit, instead of the drain valve (12), there is provided an intermittent pump (30) between the intermediate tank (10) and the heat exchanger (4) so that again there flows through the heat exchanger (4) substantially the same volume of cold fresh water as warm cleaning liquid from the intermediate tank (10), or only warm cleaning liquid with additional clear rinsing solution.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for forming an image from millimetre waves. A field of view scanned using two geometrically orthogonal, intersecting copolarized fan beams (110, 120) to receive millimetre wave radiation. The received millimetre wave radiation from said fan beams are then cross-correlated (250, 650). Also, a method and antenna (400, 610) for receiving millimetre wave radiation are disclosed.
