Abstract: The present invention relates to an inhalation toxicity testing chamber device for nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations. The present invention provides an inhalation toxicity testing chamber device for nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations, which: can supply nanoparticles having different concentrations to particle exposure modules by stacking a plurality of particle exposure modules inside a single chamber housing and by allowing each particle exposure module so as to form an independent space from each other; can perform inhalation toxicity testing of nanoparticles having a plurality of concentrations through a single chamber housing by being capable of exposing the test animals put into each particle exposure module to nanoparticles having different concentrations; can easily perform inhalation toxicity tests of nanoparticles in a small scale laboratory etc. by improving the overall space efficiency as well as reducing the test cost; and can easily perform more diverse and accurate inhalation toxicity tests on nanoparticles by selectively allowing a plurality of particle exposure modules to be in communication with each other or to be formed as an independent space, according to a user's needs, thereby variably applying the space of the particle exposure module without changing the arrangement of the particle exposure module.

Abstract: A lung model device for inhalation toxicity testing is provided. The device has a plurality of mesh tissue panels having lung cells attached thereto arranged inside a case so as to have a similar structure to a human lung, and air and nanoparticles are supplied into the case through a separate respiratory operating unit, thereby enabling inhalation toxicity testing on nanoparticles to be simply and conveniently performed in an indirect way by determining changes in the state of the lung cells without using real laboratory animals. The mesh tissue panels having a smaller lattice spacing size are sequentially positioned according to the nanoparticle inflow direction, thereby providing a structure similar to the structure of a real lung.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for inhalation of medicine, in which particles in a medicinal aqueous solution, in a liquid aerosol form, are converted to dry medicinal particles by removing moisture therefrom by means of an evaporation unit so as to be inhaled by means of an inhalation device, thereby allowing medicinal particles to penetrate deeply along the respiratory track to the lungs, and thus can be used in the treatment of lung diseases or a variety of other treatments using same, and in which particles of a medicinal aqueous solution in a liquid aerosol form, flowing in from an aerosol unit, are converted to dry medicinal particles by means of a moisture absorbent, thereby allowing simplification and reduction in size of the apparatus for inhalation, and in which a continuous use thereof is possible by means of a simple swap of the moisture absorbent, thereby making maintenance convenient.
