A method for making a composite carbon nanotube structure is introduced. The method includes the following steps. A carbon nanotube structure and a polymer are provided. The polymer and the carbon nanotube structure are composited together. The composite carbon nanotube structure composited with polymer and the carbon nanotube is then graphitized.
Abstract:
This invention discloses a semiconductor package with adhesive material pre-printed on the lead frame and chip, and the manufacturing method. The adhesive material is applied onto the chip carrier and the pin of the lead frame and also on the front electrode of the semiconductor chip via pre-printing. The back of the semiconductor chip is adhered on the chip carrier, and the front electrode of the semiconductor chip and the pin are connected respectively with a metal connector. The size, shape and thickness of the adhesive material are applied according to different application requirements according to size and shapes of the contact zone of the semiconductor chip and the metal connector. Particularly, the adhesive zones are formed by pre-printing the adhesive material thus significantly enhance the quality and performance of semiconductor products, and improves the productivity.

A wireless communication device is configured to communicate with at least one other electronic user communication device that is connected to communicate on an electronic communication network. The user's device automatically creates a communication list comprising the at least one other electronic user communication device on the network, and the user communication device sends the communication list to a remote server device. So configured, the user communication device can automatically create a communication list of devices with which the user can use instant messaging or chat-like communications, without having to separately discover, search, or otherwise locate such devices and add them as friends or buddies or approved communication devices to a communication list. Accordingly, the electronic user communication device will provide to a user a communication list without additional registration or other set-up procedures.

A method and apparatus for performing non-voice emergency services (NOVES) between a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a public safety answering point (PSAP) is disclosed. A NOVES session may be initiated by sending a NOVES initiation request message that includes information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU, and information relating to an emergency situation. The information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU may include an indication of whether the WTRU supports a fake power-off mode, or whether the WTRU supports PSAP control. Other methods are disclosed that include a method for a PSAP combining a multiple NOVES sessions, and a method for handing over a NOVES session having multiple media streams.

The present invention relates to a method for making a twisted carbon nanotube wire. Two opposite ends of the at least one carbon nanotube film is clamped by two clamps. The two clamps is pulled along two reversed directions to stretch the at least one carbon nanotube film. The at least one carbon nanotube film is twisted by rotating the two clamps while the at least one carbon nanotube film is in a straightening state.
