Provided is a device for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a feed device for feeding the plastic preforms to the device, at least one first preform store, a multiplicity of plastic preforms being arranged unsorted in the preform store, and having an alignment device for bringing the plastic preforms into a predetermined position before feeding them to the device. The device includes at least a second preform store, wherein a plurality of plastic preforms of exactly one production batch can be accommodated in each preform store.

Method for operating an apparatus for producing plastic preforms and plastic containers, comprising at least one injection moulding machine and one blow moulding machine, wherein the plastic preforms are injection moulded within the injection moulding machine and are formed into plastic containers within the blow moulding machine and are transported from the injection moulding machine to the blow moulding machine, wherein a heating device is arranged downstream of the injection moulding machine and the injection moulding machine and the blow moulding machine are coupled to one another. According to the invention, the plastic preforms produced in the injection moulding machine are transferred directly after production to a thermal preform storage, which holds the plastic preforms at a predetermined temperature and wherein a speed and/or at least one parameter of at least one subsequent treatment device can be changed.

Plant for processing plastic preforms, includes an injection-moulding machine for producing the plastic preforms, a sterile blow-moulding machine for forming the plastic preforms into plastic containers, and a transport system for transporting, at least partially and/or in portions, the produced plastic preforms from the injection-moulding machine to the blow-moulding machine, wherein during transport, the plastic preforms can be guided in particular at a mouth region of the plastic preforms. The transport system includes a sterile pneumatic conveyor or a plurality of transport shuttles, in particular magnetic shuttles, and the plastic preforms are transported from the injection-moulding machine to the blow-moulding machine by the sterile pneumatic conveyor or magnetic shuttle.

The blow molds are kept at least temporarily in a magazine device, wherein this magazine device is suitable for and intended for receiving several sets of blow molds.

A method for transforming plastic preforms into plastic bottles, in which preforms are introduced into blowing stations, each blowing station having at least one blow mould and a stretching rod for stretching the preform along a longitudinal axis of the preform within the blow mould, and the preforms are expanded to form the plastic bottles by being acted upon by a gaseous medium in the blow mould, wherein a wall thickness of the plastic container is measured by at least one measuring device which outputs the measured values to a closed-loop and/or open-loop control device, wherein at least a stretching speed of the stretching rod is varied by the closed-loop and/or open-loop control device at least at times and/or at least in some locations during the blowing operation, individually for each blowing station, in order to adjust a wall thickness of the plastic bottles.

A stretch blow molding machine and method are provided for forming a container. A preform is expanded to a first configuration in a blow mold of a stretch blow molding machine. A stretching rod element is introduced to the blow mold to expand the preform from the first configuration to a second configuration. The stretching rod element moves axially in the blow mold in a stretching direction. The plastic perform is temporarily coupled to the stretching rod element during at least a period of time of the expansion of the preform from the first configuration to the second configuration for influencing a behavior of the perform during the expansion.
