Abstract: In an endoscope device, a light source unit is configured to sequentially emit first illumination light and second illumination light. The first illumination light includes visible light. The second illumination light includes first excitation light. At least the second illumination light out of the first illumination light and the second illumination light includes second excitation light. An excitation wavelength blocking filter has a characteristic of blocking a wavelength band of the first excitation light and a wavelength band of the second excitation light and a characteristic of transmitting a wavelength band of the visible light, a wavelength band of first fluorescence, and a wavelength band of second fluorescence. An imaging unit is configured to capture an image of the visible light, the first fluorescence, and the second fluorescence and configured to output a first imaging signal and a second imaging signal.

Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes an imaging unit and a signal processing unit. The imaging unit generates a first image signal on the basis of visible light from an object and generates a second image signal on the basis of excitation light and fluorescence from the object. The signal processing unit generates a fluorescence image signal corresponding to the fluorescence on the basis of the first image signal and the second image signal. The signal processing unit determines a target area of the object on the basis of the first image signal. The signal processing unit determines a fluorescence area on the basis of the second image signal corresponding to the target area, and the fluorescence area generates the fluorescence in the object. The signal processing unit performs an emphasis process of the second image signal corresponding to the fluorescence area.

Abstract: A shape estimation device includes an input circuit, a storage circuit and an arithmetic circuit. The input circuit receives light amount information being a relationship between a wavelength and a light amount. The light amount information is acquired by using a sensor configured such that the light amount to be detected with respect to the wavelength corresponding to each of sensing parts varies in accordance with a shape of each of the sensing parts. The storage circuit stores a relationship among the shape, the wavelength and the light amount with respect to each sensing part. The arithmetic circuit calculates the shape of each sensing part, based on the light amount information, and a light amount estimation value being a relationship between the wavelength and the light amount.

Abstract: In an endoscope system, an imaging device is electrically connected to a signal line and is configured to output a video signal to the signal line. A receiver circuit is electrically connected to the signal line and is configured to receive the video signal. A noise detection circuit is configured to detect that noise having a higher frequency than a frequency of the video signal is mixed into the video signal. A filter circuit has a function of reducing the noise included in the video signal. An imaging control circuit is configured to set a signal-output time per one pixel of the imaging device to a second set time longer than a first set time and a filter control circuit is configured to turn on the function of the filter circuit when the noise is detected by the noise detection circuit.

Abstract: An imaging device includes a light splitting unit which splits first light from a subject into second light and third light, first and second imaging units, and an arithmetic unit. The first light includes the second light having infrared light and at least one of green light and blue light, and the third light having red light or the green light. The first imaging unit includes a first and a second light reception regions. The first light reception region generates at least one of the group consisting of a B signal according to the blue light and a G signal according to the green light. The second light reception region generates an IR signal according to the infrared light. The arithmetic unit generates a visible light image signal from the R signal, the G signal, and the B signal and generates an infrared light image signal from the IR signal.
