Abstract: A roller module includes a scroll wheel, a magnetization member, a swinging element and a pole-reversible magnetic element. The magnetization member is synchronously rotated with the scroll wheel. The swinging element includes a pivotal part, a first magnetic element and a second magnetic element. The first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are movable by using the pivotal part as a rotation center. The pole-reversible magnetic element and the first magnetic element interact with each other. Consequently, the second magnetic element is close to or away from the magnetization member.

Abstract: A mouse device includes a wheel control mechanism and a control unit. The control unit is electrically connected with a magnetic force module and a rotating speed detector of the wheel control mechanism. Under control of the control unit, a first direction current or a second direction current is selectively provided to drive the magnetic force module. The flowing directions of the first direction current and the second direction current are opposite. Consequently, the rotating mode of the wheel control mechanism can be switched between different modes.

The first hidden key is not exposed outside. When the main body is leaned in a first direction and pressed down, the first hidden key is triggered to generate a first leaning signal. The first hidden key can be used to replace the key of the conventional keyboard. Due to the structure of the mouse device, the mouse device can be operated more intuitively.

Abstract: A power-saving method for a wheel mouse is provided. The power-saving method is used to control the illumination cycle of a light emitter by judging whether a scroll wheel is triggered or judging whether the output signal from the light receiver is changed. In a case that the illumination cycle of the light emitter is a shorter second cycle, the light emitter can quickly generate the optical signal. Consequently, the optical signal is not lost, and the possibility of erroneously operating the wheel mouse is eliminated. Whereas, in a case that the illumination cycle of the light emitter is a longer first cycle, the controlling unit can reduce the power consumption in order to achieve the power-saving efficacy.

Abstract: A mouse device includes a roller module. The roller module includes a base member, a scroll wheel, a magnetic conductor, a swingable arm, a driving motor and an actuating element. The scroll wheel is installed on the base member. The magnetic conductor is located beside the scroll wheel. When the scroll wheel is rotated, the magnetic conductor is correspondingly rotated. The swingable arm is installed on the base member. The swingable arm includes a magnetic element. The swingable arm is swingable relative to the magnetic conductor. When the swingable arm is swung to a first position, the magnetic element is aligned with the magnetic conductor. Consequently, a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is generated. When the swingable arm is swung to a second position, the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is eliminated.
