Abstract: A moisture-curable composition, including at least one polymer P containing reactive silane groups; between 0.1 and 5 wt.-%, based on the total composition, of at least one organosilane OS of the formula (I), wherein R20 independently stands for a monovalent, optionally cyclic or branched, hydrocarbyl or heterocarbyl radical, optionally comprising aromatic moieties, which contains 1 to 12 carbon atoms and wherein the carbon atom next to the silicon atom either bonds via a C═C double bond to another carbon atom or bonds to a heteroatom selected from O, N, and S; R21 independently stands for a linear, cyclic, or branched divalent hydrocarbyl radical having 2 to 12 carbon atoms and optionally containing aromatic moieties; R22 stands for a hydrogen atom or a group of the formula (Ia); characterized in that the curable composition does not contain catalytically active organometallic or acidic compounds.

Abstract: A moisture-curing composition including a) at least one moisture-reactive polymer P with a proportion of 10% to 60% by weight, based on overall composition, b) at least one inorganic filler F with a proportion of at least 9% by weight, based on overall composition, c) between 3% and 25% by weight, based on overall composition, of at least one type of microscopic hollow beads H, wherein composition has density of less than 1.20 kg/l, and microscopic hollow beads H have compressive strength, measured to ASTM D3102-72, of at least 2.5 MPa, and microscopic hollow beads H have a volume-based particle size D90, measured by Coulter counter, of less than 100 μm.

Abstract: A moisture-curable composition having flame retardant properties and to the use thereof as an adhesive, sealant or coating. The composition according to the invention contains at least one moisture-reactive polymer in a proportion of 10% to 50% by weight, at least one precipitated, surface-coated aluminum trihydrate in a proportion of 30% to 60% by weight and in preferred embodiments up to 25% by weight of at least one phosphorus-containing compound and up to 20% by weight of at least one carbon additive. The inventive moisture-curable composition has excellent flame retardant properties and after curing remains resistant for a long time at high heat levels.

Abstract: An adhesive which includes at least one silane-functional polymer P; at least one catalyst for crosslinking silane-functional polymers, the catalyst being selected from the group including organo-titanate, organo-zirconate, and organo-aluminate; at least one base; and at least one adhesive selected from alkoxy mercaptosilane and amino alkoxysilane, for filling wood joints. The adhesive filled into the joints is preferably sanded after the curing process. The adhesive exhibits a high UV stability and a stability against warm humid climates. The adhesive is therefore suitable for naval applications in particular, such as in the construction of boats and ships. The adhesive can be formulated so as to be black, white, or gray for example.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition having at least one silane-functional polymer P; and at least one catalyst for the crosslinking of silane-functional polymers, selected from among an organotitanate, an organozirconate and an organoaluminate. The composition includes at least one base; and at least one ethoxy mercaptosilane. Compositions of this type are suitable for use as adhesives, sealants or coatings, such as for plastics, including PVC.
