The hole transport region includes a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer, the hole injection layer includes a charge-generation compound and a first hole-transporting compound, the hole transport layer includes a second hole-transporting compound, and the charge-generation compound and the second hole-transporting compound respectively satisfy Inequality 1 and Inequality 2, which are explained in the specification.
