    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method for communication of a constrained user equipment (UE) with a Message in Fifth Generation (MSGin5G) server providing a MSGin5G service in an IoT network is provided. The method includes receiving, by an unconstrained UE, a registration request comprises a security credential of the constrained UE from the constrained UE, where the unconstrained UE have access to the MSGin5G server and the constrained UE do not have access to the MSGin5G server. The method includes determining, by the unconstrained UE, whether the constrained UE is authorized based on the security credential. The method includes performing, by the unconstrained UE, a registration of the constrained UE with the unconstrained UE for communication of the constrained UE with the MSGin5G server based on authorization of the constrained UE.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). Example embodiments initiate a Mission Critical data (MCData) communication using a pre-established session. A participating MCData server receives at least one pre-established session setup request from an originating MCData client device. The pre-established session setup request comprises the pre-established session indication advising the participating MCData server of initiation of at least one pre-established session. The participating MCData server initiates the at least one pre-established session with the originating MCData client device based on the pre-established session indication. The participating MCData server sends at least one MCData-communication-state message to the originating MCData client device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for managing mission critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) communication. The method includes receiving, by a floor control server, a first floor request message, from a primary floor participant, while a floor is granted to a secondary floor participant and a first media transmission is performed by the secondary floor participant; in response to receiving the first floor request message, transmitting, by the floor control server, to the secondary floor participant, a first floor revoke message for stopping the first media transmission of the secondary floor participant, and transmitting, by the floor control server, a first floor grant message to the primary floor participant; and transmitting, by the floor control server, a first floor taken message to the secondary floor participant, wherein the first floor taken message includes information of the primary floor participant granted the floor.

The plurality of user preference profiles are stored in a shared server. One or more user preference profiles corresponding to a plurality of devices are activated. The one or more user preference profiles are provided to an application server. The application server implements preferences included in corresponding user preference profile. A system includes a plurality of devices of the user, a plurality of clients corresponding to the plurality of devices, an application server corresponding to the plurality of clients, and a shared server for storing a plurality of user preference profiles.
